Y/N'S POV

~Time Skip To The Next Morning~

I woke up in the treehouse this morning. I vaguely remembered coming here before falling asleep. Oh well. I saw Aphmau talking to herself, looking at the ocean. I went and talked to her.

"Hi Aphmau, what are you doing? Are you talking to yourself by any chances?"

"Maybe... Anyways, hi Y/N! Today we are preparing to go back to the island! It's going to be fun!"

"Who is 'we'?" I wasn't sure, who was going to leave?

" Oh right, well there is me, of course, Laurance, Garroth, Katelyn, Lucinda, Travis, Zoey, and, well, you'll see the rest."

"Can I come?" I really felt like going to explore that place, I mean, that's apparently where I came from, maybe I'd have a clue about my past.

"Of course! You seem friendly and I'm sure we could use another pair of hands to do things."

" Yay! Thanks Aphmau! I'll be sure to help as much as I can."

Then I decided to go check around the village, for something to do while everyone was getting ready. I decided to go see Lord Levin, Aphmau's adoptive son, to tell him I was leaving with the group. I knocked on his door. He opened the door and said:

"Oh hi Y/N! What brings you here?"

"I just wanted to tell you that I'll be leaving with Aphmau and the others today, so I won't be a burden for the village anymore!"

"You never were. But, ok, enjoy your journey there!" He waved at me, I turned and left. I didn't really have much to pack, because I actually had nothing but a small backpack. I didn't even realise up until now.

I opened it and checked inside. An apple, a few pieces of blank paper, some ink to go with it, little coins, a small F/C headband, and a long orange scarf. There wasn't much inside, thought I did see an outfit at the bottom. I quickly took it, and went to change.

I had black pants, a F/C tank top, and a dark brown hoodie. That was matched with brown leather combat boots, which made the outfit appropriate for a normal day of adventures and discoveries. I also decided to put the headband on.

I asked that guard girl, I think her name was Alexis, where the portal to go back to the island was. She gave me directions and I started to walk towards the place. In the distance, I saw a big house, just like the one Alexis described. I was sure it was the place, because Aphmau was there with most of the people, waiting for the last ones to arrive. I felt bad for being late.
