Y/N'S POV
I woke up but didn't open my eyes.
"Ugh." I groaned. "Why do I have to wake up? Couldn't I just continue sleeping since I finally fell asleep?"
The room was silent. I don't think I was expecting anybody to answer me, but still...
"Guess I have to wake up now, I can't fall back asleep..." I rubbed my eyes groggily before opening them.
It was already bright outside, so I knew it was daytime. I sighed as I tried to get up. Note the 'tried' part.
I fell back on my bed, looking at the ceiling.
I couldn't sleep last night because I was thinking about what Anthony asked me.
"Is there... something... between you and that Laurance-guy?"
It echoed through my mind.
But, really...Is there something between me and Laurance?
No, I shouldn't think that.
There's nothing. I love him, he doesn't. I'm pretty sure. It's almost impossible. We're just... good friends.
I turned around on my bed so my face was in the pillow. It didn't help, I just kept hearing the same question over and over.
W-What exactly did he say to explain his point...?
"He seemed pretty worried about you."
Laurance is always worried about me. We've been friends for quite some time. He's always there for me... That doesn't prove anything.
