Y/N'S POV

I turned around and saw Laurance.

"Hey Laurance!"

"Hi Y/N, I've heard about Travis... Did he do anything to you? Because I swear he'll regret it. You can't just go up to a lady and be like--" He started rambling.

"He did nothing. Katelyn helped me anyways."

"I feel bad for not being there to help you. I'm supposed to be your friend."

"Laurance, you helped me when I was sad, and that's already enough. Plus, it would of been kind of creepy if you were just there. Anyways... Have you heard about the shadows?"

"What happened?" He asked. I explained the whole entire story to him, how the shadow ran away and said he was going to be dead and stuff. He looked a bit worried and apologized again.

"Sorry for that too. I should've been there to protect you..."

"Laurance, it's alright, I've already told you. Anyways, I know how to protect myself."

"I trust you, but are you sure? Want to train together some time?"

"Sure, now I have to go to bed..." I yawned and he did too, soon afterwards.

"That would be a good idea... Good night, Y/N!"

"Good night, Laurance!" I waved at him, and we both walked to our opposite directions. I arrived at my house, and went to bed for the night.

~Time Skip To Morning~

"Good morning me!" I said, getting up from my bed. I stretched, and I was feeling in a good mood today! I decided to go check on Katelyn, since she was hurt pretty bad last night.

I walked out of my house, after changing from my PJ's to my everyday clothes. I hope I don't see that flirt again, because if I do, his cheek is going to hurt... If you know what I mean... He'll get a few punches from me!

I arrived at Zoey's house and she opened the door before I could even knock.

"I knew you would come!" She said, with a big smile.

"Is Katelyn alright?"

"She's fine, her wounds have already healed. It's like nothing ever happened. The only thing that's hurt, is her pride!"
