Welcome to chapter 28: Alive! This is going to be kind of short, but the end should be a little emotional. ~~~LET THE STORY BEGIN~~~
Y/N'S POV
I was sitting down on the edge of my window, extremely bored. I looked out at the forest, and sighed.
I want to go look for the Dark Shadows so bad, but Aphmau won't let me!
But I really, really want to! Maybe I can...
Yeah! That's it! I just have to sneak!
I got up, and ran to my bedroom. I got my F/C sword, and tied it behind my back. Before doing anything else, I grabbed a piece of paper, and wrote a note.
"Here you go..." I mumbled to myself, while signing. I grabbed it in my hand and got up.
Then, I discreetly looked through my window to see if there was anyone nearby.
No one! Perfect!
I slowly opened my door, but only enough so I could slip out. I don't know why I'm being so paranoid, I probably could make and excuse up if I saw someone on the way, but whatever.
I slipped out of the door, and closed it behind me, sticking the note on my door. I quickly hid behind a tree, and looked around. Then, I continued on my way.
I hid behind another tree, and another. I was finally close by to the big part of the forest. I saw a small house close to me, and I had an idea.
Hiding behind trees was fun, so why not have just a little bit more fun? Won't hurt anybody, right?
I noticed a vine hanging from the wall on the house, so I grabbed it, and pulled myself up. I was now crouching on the top of the roof. I got my balance back, before standing up slightly, bracing myself to jump.
I jumped from the roof to the top of a big tree. Then from that tree to another one.
I continued like that for a couple of minutes, before I was actually far enough from the village. I jumped back down.
