PROVERBIAL GIRL:
WISDOM, VALUES AND BEING FABULOUSDay 8
Today I just want to go back to what I have learned for the last seven days. These were the lessons:Day 1: What you're actually worth is more valuable than anything on the earth, and that's priceless.
Day 2: Your results are inaccurate if you measure yourself with the wrong thing.
Day 3: God can trust me with my relationships.
Day 4: She will be a 5-star friend at all times.
Day 5: She goes the distance to be Soft and Beautiful.
Day 6: A Proverbial Girl is consistent and refuses to give up.
Day 7: She brings life to others.
I really liked all the lessons. I felt that they were on point, and something that every girl should learn and live out in their everyday lives. They aren't always easy to remember, especially when we are in the middle of challenging times. But somewhere in the back of our heads, we know these important lessons already. We just need to be reminded of them.
My favorite was.... I have no idea. They all feel important and special to me. But I think Day 2 is really great. It is day 5 lesson that will be the hardest for me to live out because I am somehow strong in my character when interacting with others. But take things one at a time, right?
These lessons reminded me and gave me a more in-depth view of what a woman of God should be like. I guess that is the reason why I wanted to tackle this first. I'm really happy about this.
I just want you girls to take one day and throughout it, ponder over this seven lessons we went through. Think about how you can work on them every day in little ways. Live out these little things one day at a time and they will slowly but surely make you that Proverbial girl?
What do you think of these devotions? Care to share your favorite lessons? Thought? Stories? Because I would love to hear them.
Have a wonderful day, everyone!
