Chapter 8: Morning

Olivia's POV

I awake to the smell of coffee and bacon and the sound of Christmas music. As I open my eyes, I forget where I am. I begin to panic when I remember that I spent the night at Connor's. 

I pull the blankets off of me and look over at the other couch. Connor's not there. He's probably the one cooking breakfast. 

I head over to my bag and get my phone out. 1 missed call from Madison. I typed in my voicemall passcode and listened to her message. 

"Hey Olivia. It's Madison. Oh wait you already knew that." she giggled through the phone. "So I just wanted to tell you that I'm heading over to Jc and Connor's place soon to hang out with Jc. I'll bring you some fresh clothes and all the jazz if you want me to! I'll be over there around noon, so just text me if you want me to bring you stuff! Love you, bye!" 

I looked at the clock, it was 11:30. I quick texted her.

Olivia K.K ;) : Hey Mads! Please bring me some clothes! Some yoga leggings and my Pink half zip sweatshirt please and thank you :)

"Olivia! You're up!" Connor shouted.

I turned around to see him standing shirtless, wearing sweatpants, and holding a mug of coffee. Dang he was good looking. 

"Yup! I'm up!" I laughed. I put my phone back into my bag and walked over to him. 

He took a sip of his coffee and said, "I made us breakfast. Bacon, eggs, and coffee!" 

"Thanks!" I headed into the ktichen to get some food. "So what's with the Christmas music? It's only November."

He leaned up against the doorframe and took another sip of his coffee. "It's never too early for Christmas music! And it's Michael Buble. Come on. It's great music!"

I laughed as I took a bite of my food. 

"Is it good?" he asked.

"Yes! It's delicious!" I said as I took another bite. I was being completely honest too. It was extrememly good.

"Good! Oh I forgot to mention, if you need any creamers for your coffee, they're in the fridge." 

I walked over to the fridge and got the Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer out. 

"That's my favorite type of creamer." Connor said excitedly. 

"Oh my gosh me too! It's like fall in a glass!"

"Exactly!" he smiled. 

Suddenly my phone rang from the other room. I jumped and almost spilled my coffee. I set down my coffee and ran into the living. It was Madison calling. I picked it up.

"Hey, whatcha need?" I asked. 

"Oh I just wanted to say that I'm on my way up to the apartment. I brought your clothes, makeup, hairbrush, toothbrush, and deodarant." 

"Thank you so much! You're so prepared!" I laughed.

A knock came at the door. 

"Madi is that you at the door?" I asked

"Yeah it is. Now let me in!" she shouted.

I hung up my phone and opened the door. 

"Take your clothing!" Madi said when she came through. 

"Well nice to see you too!" I laughed and took the bag from her. 

"Hey Connor," I yelled towards the kitchen,"Madi's here and I'm gonna go get dressed okay?" 

"Okay! Bathroom's down the hall!" he shouted back. 

"Who's sweater is that?" Madi asked as she sat down on the couch. 

"Connor's." I said shyly. 

"Oooh la la!" 

"Stop it! I'll be back soon." I laughed and headed towards the bathroom. 

I opened the door and got ready to take a shower. For a guys bathroom it was suprisingly clean. 

I got in the shower and turned on the water. Showers are always so confusing. 

I took my shower and got out. I had just grabbed my towel when the door opened. 

"Ricky! Get out!" I yelled as he walked in. Thankfully I had enough time to fully wrap my towel around myself. 

"Oh my gosh Olivia! I'm so sorry!" He face instantly got red and he hurried out. 

Awkward.
