**********LAST OF THE STORY! SHOULD I MAKE A BOOK 2?***************
Tony’s POV
Right after graduation, we went out to eat with the family. The gang had to go. The girls wanted to go to Olive Garden, so we granted their wish and ate there. I was extremely nervous because her dad was there. He eyed me with so much hatred. Only Mya’s mom and Dream knew were still dating. I took a deep breath and calmed myself. I was determined to make my baby girl’s dad a good day.
“What are y’all doing for y’all birthday?” Ms. Drea asked.
“We don’t know yet,” India answered, while feeding Nala.
“It’s too early to get too turnt up,” Kiona giggled. We all laughed a little. It was a moment of silence. Ron broke it by standing up. We directed our attention to him.
“I wanna say something to India.” India smiled at him, while adjusting Nala. She was whining a bit. Ron picked her up, and she instantly stopped. He then started back talking.
“First off, I wanna say I’m proud of you, baby, and happy birthday. Second, I wanna say I love you with everything in me. You have given me the best three years of my life. You’ve given me a little girl that I love so much. You and Blake are both a blessing in my life as of right now and forever will be.” He paused. He dug his free hand in his pocket. It came back out with a little, black box. “India Westbrook, will you accept my promise ring?” Most of us let out a sigh in relief. India nodded, and he slipped the ring onto her right, ring finger. That was cute. The rest of lunch went well. Half way through, Mr. Harris wanted to have a ‘talk’ with me. He led me outside.
“Listen, son, I really didn’t want you around my daughter, but after actually getting to know you, I see you’re a good kid. I do approve of you dating my daughter. She would have done it if I told her not to. Well, she has already did. With that being said, I don’t want her calling me, crying because of YOU.”
“Yes, sir.” I was ecstatic! I could keep my baby girl and not be sneaky around her dad. I walked back in the building with a Kool-Aid smile on my face. Mya weirdly looked at me. I knew she was trying to see what was up with me.
“You’re dad approve of us dating.” This girl nearly choked me with a hug. I knew she would be happy.
After lunch, Tre had an idea that we take the girls to a club for the first time. Of course the girls agreed since it would be their first time. I headed home to take a quick, but good shower. I stepped out, did my hygiene, and got dressed. I dressed in my True Religions, a black and red button down top, my back and red Bred 11’s, and a gold chain. I sprayed some cologne on before leaving. I had to pick up my baby girl.
A little while later, I pulled up to her house. I texted her telling her I was outside. I stepped out the car, letting it run. I walked up to the door and rung the door. A few seconds the door opened to Chris. He dapped me as I walked in.
“Mya isn’t ready. She said she was almost ready,” he informed me.
“Aight.”
I sat down and pulled out my phone. I took a picture and put it on Instagram. I instantly gained likes from niggas and thirsty girls. I heard feet come down the stairs. I looked towards the stairs to see Mya looking sexy. She wore a black, high-low dress, with peace signs on the top. She also had on some pumps that made her about my height. Her jewelry game was on point, and so was her make-up. Her hair was pulled in a pony-tail at the top and down in the back. She walked over to me, smiling. I stood up, checking her out. I was not letting her out of my sight tonight. As she came close, I took her hand and spun her around, eyeing every inch of her body. It was just right.
