Chapter 7: HELP ME! -JOY

Mick-"Hi guys!" (He entered the room and Amber was sitting at her make up table with only half her face left covered in make)

Amber-(she was startled)"Mick! I just started removing my makeup and I've only got one eye on!"

Mick-"I like the panda look." (he chuckled as he saw on eye smeared with makeup making her look like a panda)

Amber-"but how sweet it is of you to come and see me."  (she smile at the thought)

Mick-"Actually, it's Mara I've come to see" (he turns around and faces Mara as she looked up from her laptop to him)

Mara-"Me Mara?" (she was shocked)

Mick-"Yeah, I was kind of struggling with my biology, and as you are the 'biology babe,' I thought maybe you could help me." (Amber who was behind Mick was trying to tell Mara not to except by making X's in the air and saying 'No' in silent) 

Mara-"umm.. yeah, sure, why not? (in spite of Ambers' making serious "don't you dare" face Mara agreed) A friend in need, ugh, tomorrow evening?" 

Mick-"It's a date! (Amber mocked the word 'date' to her self angry) I mean, in a matter of speaking." (he smiled and chuckled)

Mara-"haha, yeah.."

Mick-(he started walking out but spoke to Amber before he left) "Catch you later Babe!" (he left and Amber gave Mara the 'how could you' face)

Mara-"What!? Do you want him to fail biology?!

Amber-"Probably not, but why doesn't he ask me to help him with his homework (Mara gave her  'really?!' face knowing that she's not the brightest) Okay! But i don't like him asking another girl, even if it's you.."

Mara-"Amber..! relax he only wants me for my brains..and besides, you drop-dead gorgeous, and he knows it."

Amber-"Yeah your right, as usual, after all, what's not to like?" (Amber said smugly and returned to her beauty products and smiled to herself)

*In the main entrance hallway*

Victor-"It's ten O'Clock!! (he shouted then saw Mick running down the stairs to his room) You should already be downstairs by now! (Mick put his hands up in surrender )

Mick-"I'm going, going.." (he continued to walk to his room and Victor continued his daily routine every night at Ten O'Clock) 

Victor-"You have 5 minutes precisely, and then I want to hear a pin drop. (as he did every night, he took a pin out of his top left coat pocket and held it high. the pin fell and hit floor with a small, metallic click. Hearing footsteps Victor announced it)I can still hear footsteps!!" (he said watching Alfie come down from the stare and stopping at the bottom facing victor)

Alfie-"What!? we've still got 4 minutes!" (he stated with a smile and his goofy self, but Victor gave him the death stare making him lose his smile. so he continued on to his room)

*Up stairs in the girls bath Patricia was brushing here teeth. The shower was running for a while making it steamy in there, so she didn't bother looking at any mirrors in there. suddenly victor shouted " 3 minutes!" and Patricia talked back, but he couldn't hear because of the distance*

patricia-"Okay, captain curfew, I'm going as fast as I can (she bent down then spit the toothpaste out of her mouth, then when making her way up, on the mirror it read "HELP ME! JOY" . This made her freak out and she ran out to get Mara. She stormed into Mara's room freaking out) Mara come quick!!"

Mara-"Patricia, what is it?" (she asked concerned)

Patricia-"Joy!! (she ran out with Mara and Amber followed. Nine not looking at the mirror knew it was steamy and she need to see herself. she grabbed a towel and started wiping the steam off the mirror including the message. Patricia opened the Bathroom door and saw Nina cleaning the mirror and got mad) What are you doing?"

Nina-"cleaning the mirror" (she said not knowing what was going on)

Patricia-"Didn't you see what was on it!!?"

Nina-"Steam?!" (she shrugged her shoulders)

Patricia-"SHE'S WHIPPED IT OFF!!" (She got annoyed and Nina was confused)

Mara-"What did it say?"

Patricia- 'HELP ME! JOY!' She's whipped it off, and now it's looking like I'm going crazy!!" (She was angry and Nina just stood there speechless.)

Mara-"Take it easy Patricia"

Patricia-"This is what she wanted! She's involve I'm telling you...!!" (Nina stood there and needed to defend herself)

Nina-"I didn't see anything on the mirror except for steam when I whipped it off, I swear!"

Victor- (A voice appeared from the end of the hallway) "Why aren't you girls in your rooms... (Nina walked out of the bathroom and stopped at the door to see it was victor. Victor walked closer while he was holding his stuffed bird Corbiere) you girls know the rules!"

Patricia-"I don't want to share with her" (she wanted her out of her room)

Nina-"You know what, I'll move.. half of my stuff is in a pile on the floor anyways, or I can just sleep on the couch!"

Victor-"Nobody is moving anywhere, now get to your rooms  immediately."

*Mara  and Amber quickly made there way to there rooms,Patricia walked to hers annoyed and Nina wait a few seconds so Patricia wasn't near her. Nina walked a bit with her head down, then looked up and was face to face with Victors stuffed bird Corbiere for 5 seconds then continued walking to her room. Victor shook his head as he saw that she got scared when she saw Corbiere. Then went to his office and went to bed along with everyone else.*
