Chapter 14: I'm confused

*Patricia stormed up stairs into her room and Mara followed. *

Patricia-"I can't believe he confiscated my bag! They know, somehow they know..."

Mara-"It's just a coincidence! You've been unlucky, that's all..."

Patricia-"No way is that a coincidence!"

Mara-"Your going to be in big trouble once he finds that file in there though.."

patricia-" If he confronts me, I'll confront him back! Don't you worry (Mara was indeed worried though)  What have you done with Joy? What's the big secret? WHY CAN'T I HAVE HER HOME PHONE NUMBER!??!!? (she started listing questions she'd ask Victor if he did confront her)

Mara-" Or you could deny it..." (she suggested)

Patricia-" NO Mara! There is some kind of conspiracy  going on.. and we have to find out what it is."

*In the living room where Jerome was on his computer and Mick was playing with his soccer ball, Jerome decide to take this opportunity to split Amber and Mick up for good*

Jerome-"So how are things between you and Amber since this whole kissing incident?"

Mick-"Not gonna talk to you about Amber dude."

Jerome-" Only asking... But I do have my way to the ground if you need any information.." 

Mick-" No thanks I think I've got it covered." 

Jerome-" Of course, your Mick."

Mick-" Yup"

Jerome-" As if you wouldn't know about your own girlfriend and Alfie. What was I thinking?" (he grinned knowing he got the attention of Mick)

Mick-" What?"

Jerome-" Alfie and Amber, in the laundry room last night."

Mick-" Laundry room?"

Jerome-"ohh, haha... (he acted like he had the best gossip ever) you didn't know, ugh, sorry mate... (he closed his laptop and moved to the edge of his seat) I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, it does look like Alfie is a little bit more of a Romeo then we thought."

Mick-"right" (he started heading towards the exit of the living room and it freaked Jerome out a bit)

Jerome-"Woah, where are you going?" 

Mick-"To get Alfie!!"" (Jerome stood up in front of Mick and stopped him)

Jerome-"No, no, no, no, no, no, no, (he said really fast) you don't want to do that."

Mick-"I do, I really, really do!!"

Jerome-"No you don't Mick, your better then that." (he sat him back down on the couch and started talking bad about Alfie but not meaning everything he said) Alfie's a joke, he's not worth the effort"

Mick-"yeah" (he started shaking his head in agreement ) 

Jerome-"And Amber, she's just a two timing flirt! Your better off without her."

Mick-" Amber is gone! History! I don't need that."

Jerome-"That's my man." (Amber walked into the living room and stood in front of Mick and Jerome with her arms crossed )

Amber-"I'm waiting for an apology Mick.."

Mick-"Your going to be waiting a long time then." (Amber stood there in confusion as Mick got up and started walking out and Jerome tried holding in his laughter knowing everything that's happening.)
