It's been a whole week since everything came to an end and Kyo was still alone in this ruined city. The teen had to hide in stores, empty houses and cars just to rest and sleep.
He was currently running through the streets, hiding from the walking corpses, not wanting to fight since he didn't want unnecessary noise. He soon arrived at the mall which was completely destroyed, he looked inside and didn't see anything but the difference between the outside and inside.
The outside was just broken windows but the inside had shops that were wreaked, trash everywhere and the floor was stained with blood. The escalators didn't work anymore either.
Kyo walked around, hoping to find something useful, he went into one store and decided to change into some new clothes, since what he had on was now stained in blood.
The teen changed clothes, now wearing blue jeans with a blue shirt with white stripes and a grey jacket.
Kyo then grabbed some candy and water from another store and walked around the mall, still seeing no sign of the undead. 'This place is awfully empty' he thought.
He soon came to a door that had a blood hand print on it and went in the room, seeing boxes, a bowl and a blanket.
"Someone lived here" he said and walked back down to the main area.
"I still don't see any of them" Kyo said softly as he looked around, "still it's no reason to let my guard down"
He went back outside and saw tracks on the ground which could possibly lead to survivors or it could be a useless goose chase.
Kyo didn't want this chance to slip up, whether he finds survivors or not he had to follow these tracks before the sand erases them.

After what felt like hours since he was walking on foot Kyo finally reached where the tracks were leading him. He looked at the sign and it read: Megurigaoka Private High School.
Kyo looked at the school's yard and saw that it was swarming with the undead and saw a red car.
'So this is the place' the teen thought to himself and drew his sword.
If people are in this place they better still be alive.
