valentina slammed her laptop shut. she felt tears welling up her eyes, but furiously blinked them away. after all, she was a fan anyways, and there was no point crying over it. if sebastian wants to date that woman, let him be, after all he's a famous actor anyways, and she's just a fan that no one knows. she's just a girl related to grant gustin, and that's all. of course he wouldn't be in love with her. why in the world would he be in love with her? he should be in love with rich, and famous actresses anyways, not her.

she stepped out of her cousin's trailer and onto the set, while hastily wiping her tears away, and grateful that she wasn't wearing any makeup. she couldn't let anyone know that she was crying; let alone her cousin. she didn't want to worry him, to freak him out especially if he's on set, and when he's busy. she also didn't want him to phone up sebastian and most likely get upset at sebastian for hurting her. it was what he always did. she admired him for that, but sometimes, she did find it annoying.

danielle walked up to her in her full caitlin snow costume, and valentine smiled at danielle, but that smile didn't really reach her eyes.

"hey dani! you look flawless!" valentina gushed

"nah. you're goals though." danielle replied.

"oh i wish i was. you're goals." valentina smiled, before linking arms with the actress, and they both walked back on set.

when they'd gotten on set, danielle was called to be back on set, so she quickly bid a goodbye to valentina and went back on set, just as her cousin went up to her.

"heya valentine's day!" grant greeted cheerfully

"hey granted wish." she smiled, and just like before, it didn't quite reach her eyes, and of course being cousins and growing up with her, grant noticed.

"what's wrong?" he asked

"nothing." she lied

"i know something is wrong val. tell me." grant sternly replied

"but i don't want to." she quietly replied.

"you have to tell me val. please." grant asked with the sad puppy face

"fine." valentina resented, and grant gave a small cheer of victory, before leading her to one of the chairs and sitting down next to her, and she told him what was wrong.

when she finished, she found herself in tears. she found herself crying, and she knew what was going to happen, and she never intended for it. she wasn't a crybaby, nor a spoilt brat. she wasn't, but she knew what grant was going to do: call up sebastian

"please don't call him up." she cried

"no valentina. i have to. he hurt my baby cousin and i'm going to hurt him." grant seethed

"no! it'll only make it worse!" valentina replied.

"i don't care." grant snapped

"please grant," valentina begged, "if he's happy with that woman. let him be, after all, i'm just a fan, and he will never notice me."

grant looked sympathetically at her and pulled her into a hug as she cried in his costume, but he didn't care nevertheless, because she's his family and family always come first.

"fine, i won't" grant lied, and he knew that when she's out of earshot, he will call sebastian and chris and ask chris to help him to knock some senses into sebastian.
