*Rebecca's POV*

"Adam, don't do dis." I say in my best Ty impression. We are playing the Hunger games with Ty and Jason.

It is just me and Adam left in the death match. He had bettter armor and a better weapon than me.

"We can work this out," I plead running around the center area as he chases me.

"Nope."

"Come on Adam. You are normally a person who tries to talk it out; although, no one ever listens."

He short cuts over to me and starts hitting me. I scream and turn to run, but I don't get too far before I explode.

"You scared me!" I say a little loud.

"I know. I heard you scream," he replies being a smart ass.

As all of this was happening, Jason and Ty were stiffling their laughs.

"Go ahead. Let it out," I say, waiting to hear the chorus of laughter.

Not even two seconds after I say this, they burst out into laughter. I just sit there amused that they are practically suffocating.

"You may want to breath. I don't want to have to bury you six feet under," I comment, being the smart ass now.

When the stop laughing, Ty says, "Thanks for the tip."

I stick my tounge out even though they can't see it. Adam, being my roommate, strolls right into my room as I do so.

"What are you doing? You know they can't see you," says Adam, a large grin on his face.

"Yes, I know. I'm not stupid," I mumble, feeling my cheeks heat up.

"You sure?" he questions and the guys start laughing again.

I grab a pen from my desk and throw it at Adam. It hits his thigh, bouncing off and landing on the floor.

"Ow," he says sarcastically.

I glare at him. "Next time I'll aim for your face. Plus, I'll throw it harder."

"You wouldn't."

"Oh, but I would," I reply smirking. "You can count on it."

"Well guys, I gotta go now. Talk to you later." Jason says after listening in on our conversation.

"Me too," Ty says. "Though, I'd love to stay to see Adam get his ass kicked, but I really can't."

"Shame," Adam says, the sarcastic tone back in his voice. He keeps his gaze on me.

"Bye guys," I say and then the leave the Skype call.

Adam keeps looking at me. "What's up?" I question and he sighs.

"Look, I really don't want to mess up our friendship, but I just thought I'd give this a shot..."

"Give what a shot?" I ask, a bit nervous.

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

"Yes, I will," I say, grinning.

Honestly, I've liked him for the longest time now; I just didn't think he felt the same.

He walks over to me and lifts me out of my sitting position. With his arms around my waist, he presses his lips to mine. I return the kiss immediately.

"You have no idea how long I've wanted to do that," he says smiling.
