Lorelei and Phil (amazingphil)

*Lorelei's POV*

"Phil!" I scream ducking from a flying ball of snow. "That almost hit me in the face!"

Ducking behind a car, I ball up snow in my hands and pack it tight. When I've made a decent sized snowball, I stand and launch it in Phil's direction. It hits him right in the middle of his chest.

His jaw drops and the smirk leaves my face. In return I get an evil smile from him. He takes a few steps towards me and I know right then that I need to run.

I turn to the left and book it for our apartment. He, however, beats me to it and stands right in from of the door.

I take a step back and put my hands up in surrender. He takes a step towards me, making me take another back. He speeds up and reaches me before I have enough time to even think about it.

His arms wrap around my waist and he spins, pulling us down into the snow, me on top of him.

I stare into his eyes, and then I lean down and press my lips to his. He returns the kiss, turning his head and deepening it.

A pile of snow falls from the tree on top of us. I laugh and so does he.

I stand up an brush the snow off of myself, and Phil does the same. I smile at him and grab his hand. We walk back into our apartment.

We both head up stairs and change. I change into some warm, fuzzy pants and a red t-shirt that says 'Blink if you want me.'

Phil changes into some sweats and one of his t-shirts. I run down the stairs to the kitchen and grab two mugs, the milk, and two packets of hot chocolate with mini marshmallow. Yum!

I warm up the milk in the microwave. Once it's done warming, I pour each packet into the mugs and take them into the living room where Phil is sitting on the couch.

I hand one mug to him and take a sip of mine. He puts on the movie Despicable Me and I giggle at his choice of movie.

I lean on him as we drink out hot chocolate and watch the movie.

When the drinks are finished I take them into the kitchen. When I get back, Phil hops up and says, "Hold on," and runs upstairs.

I stand there with a confused look on my face. What is he doing? I wonder to myself.

When he comes back, he is holding something behind his back. I raise my eyebrows and just stare at him.

Finally I ask, "What are you hiding?"

He pulls out a small orange kitten and I smile. I run over to him and take it. Around its neck is a necklace. I quickly take it off admiring it.

"Like it?"

"Like it? I love it! What's the occasion? Our anniversary isn't for another two months."

"Happy New Year!"

I peck his lips and smile at him. "I love it. I love you!"

He returns my smile before asking, "What are you going to name it?"

Without thinking, I answer, "Puff."
