Namjoon rubbed his tired eyes.  SNS stalking was exhausting business.  Most of Hyejin's stuff wasn't public though, so basically he had learned nothing.  The only thing she consistently made public was her book recommendations.  He did, however learn about her education and it impressed him.

He had tried to find a website for the book shop but found nothing about it online.  It was like she was purposely avoiding technology.  No computers in the shop.  No wifi.  Nothing.  It truly baffled him.

He spun slowly around in his chair when he heard another knock at the door.

Jimin's head popped into the room.  "Ah, there he is," he said softly.  "Sorry to bother you. Joonie-hyung.  I just came to see if Tae Tae was here."

Namjoon nodded with a small smile.  "Take him to bed, would you?  I can't focus on anything with that jabbering he's doing."

Jimin giggled softly. "Taehyung-ah," he said gently, shaking Taehyung's shoulder gently.

"Mmn, no." Taehyung rolled over to face the wall. Jimin laughed and shook his shoulder again.

"Taehyung-ah, it's time to go to bed." He pulled on Taehyung's arm and with a bit of help from Namjoon, he slung the sleeping boy's arm over his shoulder and drug his friend to their room. "Sorry for the disturbance, Hyung." Jimin gave him a wide smile and staggered into the hallway.

Namjoon just smiled and closed the door behind the two. He walked back over to his desk and leaned on the back of his chair. His eyes fell on the book on his desk and it elicited a sigh.

He had always wondered what had happened to his rival from school. He had been secretly harboring a crush on her all these years, from the time they spent in school together even to now. Lee Hyejin had always held a special place in his heart.

He moved around the chair and sat down, staring at the screen of his computer. He wondered what she would think of him now. Did she even know what he was doing with his life now? Did she know about BTS? He slouched down in his chair and crossed his ankles. Folding his arms across his chest, he closed his eyes and took a little trip down memory lane.

"There will be a Career Fair next week. You should all be thinking about your future professions and begin planning for them. There will be informational posters on the bulletin boards in the hallways by the end of the week. Class dismissed." The teacher grabbed her attendance book and lesson plans, then left the room.

The students began gathering their belongings and packing up to go to their after-school activities. The room became noisy and chaotic as students were going in all directions, hurrying to leave the bland classroom.

Namjoon glanced at Hyejin out of the corner of his eye. He cleared his throat and prepared to speak, then paused as she seemed to be confused.

"Where is my..." She stuck her head down and looked into her desk and then popped it back up. "Where did I put it?" She turned all around in her chair, looking at the floor and the desk. "Aw no," she groaned.

A small smile played on his lips as he observed the frantic girl. "Lose something?" His eyebrows shot up at the glare he received.

"My pencil. It's my favorite and has my name engraved on it. It was a gift from my dad on my last birthday. If. You. Must. Know." She grumbled under her breath about having to explain herself to people who didn't matter.
