Jessie charges toward me and I move out of the way and my heart starts pounding. I look at Jessie and she stabs a zombie that was standing behind me, I sigh in relief and lean back on the wall.
"Thank you" I say.
She nods and wipes her knife off on her pants walking toward me.
"Where is everyone?" I ask.
"I don't know I was with them about two days ago and got lost, but eventually I found my way here", She explains, "I was sleeping down stairs when you came, but then I heard sobbing coming from up here"
I look at her and slowly stand up.
"Where did you guys go?" She asks.
"Me and Brian got chased into the woods by some rabid dog creature and got lost, Brian went to get help and Uh... Never came back" I explain.
She sighs and looks down at her feet.
"Let's get your leg fixed up" She says with a sad tone in her voice.
I'm in lots of pain so I'll let her fix me.
"Alright" I reply.
She turns around and grabs the med kit from the closet along with a lantern and gets the stuff she needs. She pours alcohol onto the bite and I wince in pain, she bandages my wound up and stands up.
"Thank you Jess" I say.
She grins at me and helps me up.
"No problem Alli" She replies.
I smile and lean against the wall.
Thump, thump, thump.
Me and Jessie look at each other, we turn around to hide.
"Where do you think your going?" Asks a deep voice.
