As a child, i would always hear;
'Beware of the Boogeyman,'
For he could be lurking
Just around the corner
Waiting to kidnap
The precious and young.'Beware of the monster under your bed,'
For he will nip
At your feet
And grab your legs
To pull you into his domain.'Beware of the monster in the closet,'
For he is spying
On you
And watching
Your every move.But in reality it is;
'Beware of strangers,'
For they could trick you
And kidnap you
And do horrible things to you.So we are told to beware
Of white vans
And a creepy man
Who might take a
Liking to you.And
'Beware of the demons in your head,'
For they are the
Most corrupt and
Torturous things alive
