"WHERE DID YOU get your shoes? I hate them."
I glance down at my shoes and see my green converse before shrugging.
Currently, Senna Williams, the Queen Bitch is trying to bully me. Only her insults rub off me like sand.
"Where did you get your personality? It's ass," I smile sarcastically at her and walk away to meet Cara by the front door who shooting glares at Senna.
"Hey!" She burst when I'm right in front of her. I smile and walk toward the school and she follows.
"So how was your blind date?" I ask her quickly, wiggling my eyebrows as we turn down the hallway.
Yesterday night she went on a blind date with someone. It was first a dare to go on a single blind date, but then it was soon a serious thing. She would look for the perfect boy. Well, a good boy. I once dared her to join a dating website and she did, but then she found out a lot of boys were liking her and she started doing it, searching for the right one.
"Perfect! He's so dreamy. Oh and hot." She gets this look in her eyes that tells me she is picturing him right now. "We are going on another date on Friday." She tells me excitedly.
Yay! They hit it off.
"Oh, lucky!" I shriek and walk over to my locker. She slides against the locker next to mine, and groans.
"I can't wait."
"For what?" A voice says from our right suddenly.
We both look over to the new voice, seeing it's Noah's. I smile and grab out my giant book. I place it on my arm and cradle it with my hip.
"Nothing," Cara says fast...too fast. Noah raises an eyebrow. Care goes pink with blush and looks away. When she turns back I look at her and we have a little eye contact moment. Something tells me she doesn't want Noah to know about her and her date. Which reminds me, I don't know his name.
I walk to stand next to her and whisper in her ear.
"What's his name?" She looks at me quickly then to Noah than to me. Noah just watches us with an eyebrow raised and his hand moving by his side, jiggling with nerves. I can't help but giggle at that. I don't even know why.
"James Jones." She whispers back, and I screech.
"What?!" She looks down but lights up when she spots someone. And I see him too.
Right behind Noah, Cruz, Devin, James are all walking up. I can see that James lights up when he sees her too.
Now I know why Cara didn't want Noah to know.
When the rest of the boys stand next to Noah, James keeps going and looks around swiftly, then presses his lips to a very surprised Caras'.
When they pull away, Noah and his friends look confused as hell and I stand there with a little bit of awe. James' green eyes and brown hair contrast with Cara's dark hair.
"Are we showing affection?!" Cruz asks looking like a child as he bounces forward. I can't help but smile at his jumping and prancing. I look down, so when I feel someone lift my head up and plant their lips directly on mine, I'm freaked. I look up at Cruz with wide eyes, while he kisses me with his tongue doing things girls would die for. Cruz is pretty sexy, I'll give you that. And he's a playboy, with his blond hair and a little blue hidden beneath, matching his eyes.
So I take a chance and deepen the kiss, only for him to get ripped away from me.
Noah has Cruz by his collar, tugging him backward, with a gleam in his eyes.
