I sat in my class drawing little things in my notebook while the teacher talked about whatever
"Ava, did you bring a poem for the class?" Mr. Tanner asked me
"What" I said finally lifting my head up
"Your homework Ava?" He asked again
"There was homework?" I asked raising my eyebrows
"See me after class please" he sighed
I lowered my head as I heard a few laughs come from the class.
~Time Skip~
As the bell rung I slowly packed up my thing walking to the front of the room. To see Mr. Tanner.
"You wanted to see me" i says
"Are you okay? Like is everything at home okay?" he asked
"Yup, I just loose track of things sometimes" I lie
"Okay Ava I'll give you a second chance, I'll give you tomorrow to hand in your homework" he says
"Thanks Mr. Tanner" I say walking out off the class
I had one more period of the day and I was relived that I would finally get to go home. That's until I saw kol standing by my locker looking at me. I playful rolled my eyes. I wasn't happy to see him but I wasn't complaining.
"What are you doing here?" I ask
"I was paying a visit to Elena" he says
"The Gilbert girl dating the brooding Salvatore" I state
"Your not even friends with her so how would you know?" Kol asks
"You learn a lot more when your quiet" I say
"Well I was about to leave but the remembered you" he says
"Okay then why are you still here?" I ask
"I came to abduct you and take away from you miserable life for a little bit" he says
"Ha ha, so funny kol" I say looking at him
I stood there thinking he was just joking but my thought quickly changed when I saw the classic smirk show on his face.
"Not happening I'm already late for class because of you" I say
"You're already late so just come with me please" he begs
"Fine" I say after a long pause
"But I have to pick up Lydia from daycare" I say
"No problem" he says dragging me out of the school
