I woke up in my own bed for the first time in a few weeks,I had a massive headache and my whole arm was in pain. I heard a slight thump on the floor by my bed and quickly looked down to see Lydia's trying to get something from under the bed, I watched in confusion as she struggled.
"Get out from there, you lazy creep" Lydia said pulling even harder
I raised my eyebrow curious to where she got the new language from, everything started to make sense when I heard a familiar voice.
"You're just the worst aren't you, little Ava" I heard Kol's voice from under my bed
"Why are you even under here, why can't you lay in the bed with her" Lydia fired back still pulling at Kol
"I was reflecting on my life before you came and tried to pull me out" he said
"It's still creepy no matter what" Lydia said successfully pulling the pouting vampire from under the bed
"What ever mini mouse" Kol said standing up
I let out a small giggle as Kol looked at me, the conversation was very entertaining.
"What's so funny?" Kol asked jumping on my bed followed by Lydia
"You guys are just......" I said not able to find a word to finish my sentence
I got out from my bed and walked over to my dresser getting something to wear grabbing my towel in the process.
"Could you take her to get breakfast and then I'll meet you guys wherever you are?" I asked
"Sure thing" Kol said picking Lydia up and walking out of my room
I stepped into the shower and was nearly done after 10 minutes but just started to stare at the mark on my wrist it was actually kind of a cool design... but the cool design was literally killing me. I got out the shower put on some clothes and grabbing my car keys rushing out considering I was late.

"You know what I just realized?" I asked shoving a pancake in my mouth
"What?" Kol said
"I haven't been to school in like forever" I say
"I took care of that you see it as not coming to school but the teachers see it as you sick in the hospital" he says
"Wow wonderful, I'm lying about me being sick so that technically means I'm illegally not in school" I said
"Not going to school is illegal?" Kol asked confused
"Your a 1,000 plus year old vampire and you don't know that missing school without an actual purpose is illegal" I said looking at Lydia to make sure she still had headphones on
"Whatever" he smiled
"Whatever" I mocked smiling back
