M'gann and Batgirls words echoed in my head as I stared at this woman Susan, M'gann had suggested her, I hadn't heard from Batgirl since what she told me and I knew she knew.

I sat at the table with Susan right across from me.

"Nice hair."she said with a flirtatious grin that made me feel sick to my stomach,"it's a nice shade of red."I couldn't stand it as I looked away.

I thanked the waiter as we ordered I wasn't quite interested in her she seemed like the rest.

She had brown curls brown eyes and acted ditzy yet I could tell she really wasn't.

M'gann had sincerely tried she just couldn't do it, maybe it was my fault mainly I never tried hard enough.

M'gann just wanted me to be happy and I'm just being a complete jerk rejecting and dismissing all her calls.

Never trying to truly understand these women and if there were ever to be a girl just as shattered  as me.

Maybe it's the fact that I keep hiding the truth about how none of these girls deserve such a pity, such a jerk, such a broken piece of glass. 

I looked to Susan and something caught the corner of my eye as a lamppost came flying through the window.

Jumping from my chair I hesitated for a few minutes before taking off to the restroom changing into Kid flash outfit.

Running to a hurry I looked around frantic seeing a big goop monster holding a woman I saw her black wavy hair and her seemed to be annoyed expression.

She was getting attacked by a huge monster and yet she seemed annoyed with it, it looked like a scene right of a cartoon and I was just waiting for her to pull out a white flag and wave it in surrender.

Yet that it was easier to guess what she was like yet it seemed the quite opposite she was feisty and threw a lot of punches that hurt a ton to my surprise.

I without hesitation put her on the sidewalk.

Running to defeat the monster that had gone by a block by now traveling fast.

Getting thrown back from the monster explosion I fell landing next to a ally quickly changing into my civvies.

Waking out from the ally I could see the same woman about to be hit by a man from the back.

Running in human speed I ran just enough to see her turn quickly and knock out the guy.

I stopped and watched in admiration, yet quickly picked up my words.

"Good job."I said as she looked in my direction.

"Thanks."she put her hand out to shake.

"Wally, Wally West."I said grabbing and shaking her extended hand.

"Linda, Linda Park."she said mocking.

We both laughed at that.

"That was wild."I sat on the curb as she sat next to me.

"Yeah but I've been in worse situation before."she laughed probably thinking about them making me truly smile something I hadn't done in a long time.

"Like what?"I asked she looked around.

"Well I'm a news reporter so I've got probably the worst job ever."she said exaggeratingly.

"Once I was mugged by a gorilla named something like grod or something like that and right after that I was taken hostage and after I got away from there I was trapped in a building fighting a insane boomerang guy. That was one of my wildest days."she looked off into the distance.

"Must have been crazy exciting."I looked off into the distance along with her.

"It was I met the Kid Flash."I now remembered this was when Richard was ignoring me.

"Yeah I've heard about him."I kept the conversation running as smoothly as I could at the memory.

"He's a different story ,I want to hear about you."she laid he chin on her palm.

"Oh well where do I begin?"I asked giggling a bit.

"How about over dinner?"she asked grabbing a piece of paper from her pocket.

Handing me it I could see the 10 numbers.

She gave me her phone number.

"Uh how about next Wednesday?"I asked her as we both stood up.

"Sounds great. Let's discuss more details over the phone I need to be getting to work right about now."she was now walking backward.

"Okay see ya then."I waved to her.

She waved back and turned to run in the opposite direction.

I looked at her bouncing black hair and brown eyes she was really pretty.
