The Apocalypse

Part 4: The Island

After traveling for an hour above the ocean I finally saw my private island and I saw the big mansion in it. It was almost midnight so everyone was already asleep as well as my nephew Travis. I landed the chopper on the helipad near the mansion. I stood up from my seat, from the cockpit and I suddenly fell of exhaustion. Everyone was awoken by my fall. Maurice called Juan, Anthony and Leonard to come see if its clear. It is since the island is in the middle of nowhere.

They called everyone to go out, My mom invited everyone inside the big mansion that had 14 rooms in it and everyone got cozy and comfortable. The moms started looking for food so that they can cook something. I was in the helicopter while everyone was inside already. Luckily Leonard returned and carried me inside. 

Everyone was checking the house, It was completed with 14 bedrooms, 7 baths, an Arcade and Gaming room, Cinema room, two living rooms, GYM, Music room, a big kitchen, a fancy dinning area and a bar. for the outdoors there was a Grill, a rectangular pool and a hot tub, a playground for kids and a garden. It was a big island and I just love seeing people in it. It felt so alive and cozy. 

The first problem we faced is that there was no food in the house. While I was asleep on the couch my mom woke me up. 

"VANESSA." 

"huh?!" I woke.

"Get some food.. we don't have food we're going to starve to death."

"Does it always have to be me?" I asked.

~SMACK~ 

"GRRR....Mah..."

"You have to get us food. How can we cook if we don't have recipes.!" She said.

Angrily I stood up and went outside. Maurice, Juan, Anthony and Leonard looked at me and their families looked at them. Mama Ber, Mom Cristina, Mommy Kim, and Mommy Shawn told all my friends that they should go with me. They quickly ran outside and called me. 

Maurice :"VANVAN!!" 

Juan: "Wait for us!"

Anthony: "We're coming as well!"

Leonard: "Wait!"

Vanessa: "Yeah yeah I know I heard. I'm just going to get something you guys should come with because I can't carry it all." 

Anthony: "Where are we going?"

Vanessa: "Just somewhere you all would want to go."

I led them to a big shed on the left side of the mansion, I opened the lights in the shed and all their faces were priceless. 

Juan: "Okay wow."

Anthony: "Sweeeeeeeeeeet!!"

Leonard: "Oh my lord I want one."

Vanessa: "Since we are going out there you can use it, Leonard."

Maurice: "Oh sweet jesus. I don't know what to pick!!" (smiles)

I brought them to my dad's weaponry and loads of stuff were there for us to use. Anthony took a FN P90, Maurice took an AA-12, Leonard took the Thompson gun, Juan just took two desert eagles, and I strapped leather on my waist, there I put nine grenades and a holster on my thigh keeping my Glock. 

As transportation we took a small white yate already in that island. We had to pull it out from land because it was stored in the big shed for safe keeping. It was already morning and all of our families were already asleep, some are just waiting for us to get food so they can eat. Now they're counting on us for survival. We took two M60's in the yate just in case zombies follows us.

All five of us went to the city to keep our families alive. Maurice, Anthony, Juan, Leonard and me Vanessa.
