At times I have faltered baby,
at times I have lost my sight.
I thank God always and forever,
for your love and all its might.
In you I have found all my wants,
in you I have discovered every need.
Now I come before you broken,
because of how I made our heart bleed.
With your restoring touch I know I can rise,
and strive to be for you a worthy man.
I vow upon our love to right these wrongs,
and to not risk my everything on a fool's hand.
So please listen to my heart which belongs to you,
and wash away these stains from my sorrowful soul.
Give my mind the peace of our everlasting union,
and forgive me baby, I need you in order to be whole.
