Friday.

I was going on a flipping date tonight. I needed to calm myself down. I needed to get ready. It was three:thirty. I needed to shower and stuff. What was I supposed to wear?!

I wasn't even going to focus on that right now. As a matter of fact, I'm going on a walk. The snow wasn't as deep, and I really needed it.

I pulled on my Vans and made my way down stairs. I opened the back door feeling a light breeze sweep by me. A smile spread out onto my face.

This is what I need right now. I made my way through the trees towards my spot. Well.. not my spot. I'm Pretty sure others come here too. But this was my spot. The one place I could escape to.

I sat on the ground picking up one of the dandelions. I twirled it in my fingers. The wind ran by me. I drew in a deep breath letting it out.

The bushes moved. I sat still watching the black wolf crawl out from behind the bushes. I smiled Patting the grass next to me. He walked over and took a seat.

I brushed my hands through his fur. He lay down with his head on his paws. His tongue sticking out as he let out soft pants.

I still had to get ready. I sighed laying back. Another wolf ran over. I gasped sitting up. He growled at me as I stood up. The black wolf barked at him. I watched as the brown wolf bowed his head submissively.

"Alpha !" I chuckled bowing. He galloped happily. He was just as big as me. Which made me worry. Was I not growing? How can an animal be bigger than me?

I shook my head ridding of the thoughts running through my head. My eyes averted between the black and brown wolf. They seemed to be communicating. But how? With their eyes? Were they able to just sit there and communicate?

I wish I could do that. Communicate without using words. That would be great. A wish come true.

The brown wolf ran off leaving me alone with the black one. I looked over at him in awe. He was truly beautiful. What if he could automatically turn human?

Nah, I'd rather him stay like that. Then I could tell him all my deepest darkest secrets. He couldn't talk, so there's no harm. Unless he was some magical animal out in the wild.

Like those in the movies that can actually talk. I doubted that. That was only in the movies. This was definitely not a movie.

"I have this date tonight, and I'm freaking out. I don't know what to wear." I sighed rubbing my face.

"What time is it?" I pulled my phone from my back pocket. The time read 16:30.

It's 4:30! I need to get home and start getting ready. I jumped onto my feet and patted the wolf on its head. I started walking home only to hear paws patting the ground.

I turned to be greeted by the wolf. I smiled over at him. When standing, he was just as tall as me. I came to the conclusion i needed to grow a little more.

"I have to get ready." I kissed his nose. He whimpered laying down. I frowned sitting in front of him.

"Tomorrow, meet me in the clearing." I hugged him. He sat up panting. I smiled standing and walking home.
