Chapter 15.

     You glance at your bag with your hand on the hotel door handle. 'Maybe I should bring my computer..' you grab the computer bag and leave. Good thing you could shower quickly, it was only 12:48. The breeze is nice, it's pretty warm outside but you don't have anyway of checking it. Turning the corner to Ry's house you see a car in the drive way. You stop, thinking to yourself 'She's already here?'. Panic ensues your gut and you slowly move again. Focusing your breathing you walk up to the house, feeling awkward you knock. 'Don't wanna interrupt their reunion.' Sighing, familiar face emerges from behind the door.
"I thought I told you you could just come in?" Ryan says questionably laughing a bit.
Flustered you replied "Oh well I-I saw a car so I dunno felt like I had to knock!"
"Get in here you goof" he pulls you in by cupping your shoulder and closing the door behind you. Draping his arm around your shoulders he guides you back downstairs.
"The car is just my sis, she came home to grab something quickly. No big deal"
"Ah" you say, the awkwardness leaving your body as you enter the cave like bedroom.
     Ryan walks directly to his computer and you follow, he nudges your chair out for you while sitting down.
"Thanks. Hey I brought my laptop if we'll need it" you say grabbing it from your bag.
"Oh that's perfect! What do you feel like playing?" he asks moving the mouse to wake up the sleeping monitor.
"Hmm a puzzle game?" you say still wanting to play Portal but not wanting to play it at the same time.
"What about.." he browses his steam games for a moment then comes up with "Worms? I mean it's not a puzzle game but it's still fun"
"Didn't you play that with your younger bro? If I'm gonna be on your channel I want a game just to me" you say sarcastically as well as flipping your hair.
He chuckles and says "Left 4 dead? Other than stream I don't think I played it with anyone on my channel"
     Oh god you suck at those types of games, you either end up losing the group or just dying in a stupid way. "Mhm sure! I have it on my steam as well".

     You two end up recording for an hour at least, you were slightly awkward at first but gained real character by the 20 minute mark. He said this was more then enough footage to break down. You watch him while he edits, he surprisingly has good posture. Which is probably great for his back and neck. You play around on your computer while he's working, giving him some advice here and there. Even if you're not qualified at all to tell him what to do, you gotta put your flare in while you can! You even end up convincing him to make the 'M' and 'C' your favourite colour while he added in the end screen. While the usual white and black looks good, this looks good also. Once it starts to render you see him stretch out, rubbing his neck in the process.
     "Shit!" you frantically look at the computer screen and look at the time. "2:48" Thank GOD. You almost forgot about it again! He looks a bit startled by your sudden outburst. You shrug and stretch your legs out on his lap, he doesn't mind.
"Just forgot about something, can you get into team speak real quick?"
"Why?" he elongates the word questionably.
"Just do it please" he does as you ask and almost right away Russ calls you two.
"Woah Russ hey buddey" Ry says taken aback by the suddenness of the call.
"Hey, so did you have any time to figure out the games?"
"Sup dude" Jund chimes in.
"Hello" and that's Snake.
"Uh no? What for?" Ryan is so confused, you can't help but laugh at his face right now.
"You didn't tell him yet did you (Y/N)" Russ says.
"Haha nope!" you wipe a year away from your eye. "We have 10 minutes so there's gotta be something you boys can play, I'm fine sitting out on the playing side. Too much of a pain to get them all ready and installed on my laptop"
"(Y/N) what is this about?" Ryan crosses his arms and slightly rests them on your shins.
"Surprise?" you shrug softly.
