"One, two three, four," Isabella started counting as she put bullets in her pistols. 'How many bullets do you think she has?' 'Probably a couple clips.' Ash went back to his sleep after that answer. Ash tended to sleep around this time of day and let me be free. Isabella pushed her fully loaded clips into her pistols then slipped them in her jacket.
Isabella reached inside her jacket then tossed something at me. I fumbled with it before locking a hold on it. A large platinum steel skull cross necklace. "Bottom part of it is a knife." Isabella said as if she had read my mind. Isabella then walked away with a small smile.
I looked down at the necklace before slipping it on and hurry after the speedy girl. "Do you have any leads on this?" I asked Isabella catching up to her. Isabella looked at me like a deer in the headlights. "Um. Where the person was killed." Isabella said quickly making an excuse.
"You have absolutely no idea what we are going after or a game plan." I said giving her dull look. Isabella simply rolled her eyes before putting her hands on her hips. "The plan is attack if it's supernatural or if it's something like a grizzly then leave it alone unless it comes for us then we shoot." Isabella said as she smiled at me nervously.
"Next time make a plan before we enter around a crime scene." I said grabbing her by her shoulders. Now I was so close to her. Isabella turned red at me before shaking my hands off of her. "L-Let's go." Isabella stuttered as she began storming off to the kitchen. 'She was blushing because of us!'
I sighed before chasing after Isabella. Entering the kitchen I took in the sight around me. Derik sat in one chair putting rounds in his upgraded red dot sight shotgun. Lucas was simply counting the crossbow bolts in his crossbow.
Ryne and Enyr were wrestling each other in the background. Noah sat nervously at the table as his nails lengthened into claws then back into nails. Noah agreed to help Isabella navigate through the forest. He was also here to catch whatever the killers scent was. Noah was one of the best trackers.
Lucas looked up at Isabella. "When do you want to leave?" Lucas asked as he pointed his crossbow at me. Then he made an arrow whooshing sound then set the crossbow down. Ok vessels are weird but interesting. 'I love Satan's vessel.' Of course you do. "The sooner the better. It'll only stay for so long." Isabella said pushing back her black hair back from her face.
"Want to go now." Lucas suggested as he grabbed his crossbow. Isabella looked down at her phone. "Probably good." Isabella said. Isabella turned towards me. "Lucas has a nice SUV with all sorts of stuff for it and it can fit all of us." Isabella said with a smile as she tugged her jacket around herself.
Lucas nodded as he stood up and headed towards Enyr. "I guess we'll be taking his car." I said looking at the people who were coming. There was only three werewolves going, my brothers decided to stay here with Angel and Orchid and hold up the house. Lucas grabbed his keys and then headed out.
Isabella turned towards me with her hands on her hips as everyone began following Lucas. "I think we should go before Lucas decides to leave without us." Isabella said with a hint of a smile creeping on her face. I nodded before we both headed out.

"So this is the forest?" Isabella asked Noah as we stood outside the outskirts of whispering-waters city forest. "Yeah, the murder scene isn't that far away from here." Noah answered. "Do you guys have silencers on your guns?" I asked as that concern came to my mind. "Our new guns do." Isabella said turning towards me."Plus it's hunting season here so they don't have to worry too much." Noah said looking at me. He did have a point there, gunfire shouldn't be too bad. The killings were being passed off as a wild pack of dogs or something like that. Some sort of animal.
