- Court House ~ Defence Lobby No.1 -
This time seeming as there was a Recess both me and Chrysalis chose to go and see the others in the Lobby. "I really don't like that Detective and I know Robbie is only doing his job but does he have to be this harsh?"
It's odd seeing Lily complain, especially over a trial. But on the other hand not only is someone close to her the Defendant, her younger sister is a witness and older brother the Prosecution. "It'll be okay, Lil. Cheer up you'll definitely get Arena out of here." Sky says a few comforting words to his girlfriend and she smiles a little.
"Hehe, thank you." She then proceeds to tap the bridge of his nose (which reminds me of Vito's occasion actions) Lily's actions has brought a faint blush to his cheeks.
And then unexpectedly, "SHIPPPP!!" Chrysalis shouts out.
"But we aren't currently anywhere near the sea, or even any big sources of water for that fact." I conclude.
"I meant - actually, never mind." I'm slightly confused.
"Awww, M-Ms. Tenniswood is so sweet!" Ms. Eve-Fox pipes in, I'm not quite sure what she finds 'sweet' about what I just said but I thank her for the compliment all the same.
"But anyway, why did Roberto ask for a Recess for this witness in particular?" Chrysalis questions the others in the room.
"He's weird." Is Kyo's only reply and she continues to mumble the lyrics to a song I believe is by Fall out Girl? Correct me if I'm wrong.
"Did either of you find anything intreating in the shop?" Lily looks at Ms. Eve-Fox, Kyo and Sky.
"Hm... Nothing I find noteworthy." Sky concludes and Kyo nods.
"Oh! W-we found a list of rules the employees m-must follow!" The small pink haired girl explains whilst bouncing on the balls of her feet slightly.
"Wow, you did?! That's great, Aya." Lily ruffles the hair of her young sister. "Do you happen to remember them?"
"U-hu," Little Eve-Fox pulls out a pen and some paper and starts scribbling down the rules. "I made sure to remember every s-single one!" She then hands the paper to her older sister who looks over them with great interest.
"... This will come in handy, great job, Little Sis." The two sisters share a high five.
"Are you okie, A-Arena?" Then the younger sibling turns to look at the Defendant.
"Yeah, I'm good." Their smile seems rather forced to say the least.
"You don't h-have to pretend t-to be okay, it's s-scary being the Defendant... B-but you'll be okay! I just know you w-will be!" Ms. Eve-Fox reassures Ryan; who now looks a considerable amount happier. Their shoulders also relax and don't seem as tense as before.
"DEFENCE! DEFENDANT!" The Bailiffs are rather loud. "Please make your way back into the Court Room!"
And with that we all say our goodbyes and part ways.
