B-Day

Sammy's POV

I woke up in the morning to the sound of birds chirping. The sun rose flooding my room with sunlight. I jumped out of bed and slipped on my jean shorts and a pink tank top.

I waved bye to my family as I sprinted down the street to Adams. I walked in without knocking and into his room. "What do you want?" I asked. Last night he texted me to go to his house. It's possibly a trap. But what eves.

"Today is Jerome's birthday." He said.

"Yah I know." I leaned against his doorway.

"Even though I've been...kind of a jerk...I'm still his friend so I need your help to throw him a surprise party." I smiled at his change of heart.

"Okay I'll help!" I jumped up and down clapping my hands together like a three year old. He smirked.

"Okay criminal." I groaned. "You distract your boyfriend, the others and I will get the party ready at the middle school." I nodded and ran to Jerome's.

I knocked at the door and Jerome opened it. "Happy birthday baby!" I yelled jumping into his arms for a hug.

"Awe thanks puppy!" He hugged me as I nuzzled my face into his shirt. After we pulled away I smiled.

"I have the whole day planned out!" I grabbed his bicep and tugged him to The Lucky Dawg. A restaurant in Pembroke. We sat down and ordered pizzas.

I quickly sent Kat a text,

S I have the entire day planned till 5:30 please have the party ready by then.

K we can do it.

S awesome!

I sighed with relief and began chatting with my boyfriend.

After a day of jet-skiing, horseback riding, swimming, watching movies, and playing pointless but fun games I lead Jerome to the middle school.

Kats POV

I had a pencil sitting on top of my ear, a clipboard in my hands. On the top of the paper it read 'Party supplies'. I had trucks of party stuff arriving at the middle school, parking them next to the gym door. I started it off with the streamers, telling Max to hang them up all around the gym. I gave Adam ballon duty, telling him to blow them up and tie them around every table. Mitch went to get the cake, and I made sure that Sammy kept Jerome busy while we set everything up.

"Max! Those streamers done?!"

"Almost."

"Adam, balloons all set up?"

"Yes sir."

"Yo yo yo! I'm back." Mitch came through the double doors with a huge cake. I smiled.

"Good. Now set it on that table over there." I pointed to the middle one. He nodded, guiding the cake to the table. Alia came in with a big box of video games and someone pushing a tv behind her.

"I thought we could play some video games here too." She said, putting the box down on another table.

"Good thinking Alia!" I cheered, checking off everything on the list that we needed. "Now. It's show time." I ran over to the lights, flicking them off. Then I ran to my hiding spot along with the others, waiting for the birthday boy to arrive.

Jerome's POV

"Sammy what were we doing here school doesn't start for another two days?" I whined as Sammy lead me to the school.

"You'll see." She said. We walked in and all the lights shot on.

"Surprise!" Everyone yelled. I looked around and there was a whole entire party set up for me. I turned to my friends and said.

"Thank you guys!" I looked at Sammy. "Must have been your idea" I said poking her shoulder.

"Nope!" She exclaimed. I looked at Kat. She shook her head.

"Who was it?"

"Adam!" I looked at my friend.

"Adam you planned this? Awe thanks! Thank you everyone!" We all hugged and got the party started.

We played video games And ate cake. Then it was time for presents.

Kat went first, she got me a box of anime movies and shows. Alia gave me a few video games, Max gave me cash, Mitch a gift certificate to game shop, Adam gave me cash.

Sammy was the last one. She handed a frame. I looked at it. It had two pictures. One with me and all my friends.

The other is me and Sammy. I'm beating her in Call Of Duty. We both had our game face son. Her tongue is sticking out of the corner of her mouth her eyes focused on the tv.

I'm biting my lip also focusing on the tv.

I hugged all my friends once more before Alia challenged me to Call Of Duty. Oh she's going down.

This has been the best B-Day ever!
