"What are you doing back already? Your classes are way too expensive to be skipping. I'm helping O pay for that stupid school so don't try to tell me otherwise."

"Bellamy just calm down and drink your coffee." I hush him as I set my backpack on the counter and b-line it for the pot of joe myself. "I only have two morning classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays as you should know by now. I just finished my first one." I stop to take a sip. Yuck plain dark roast. "As for Ancient Civilizations and Cultures, Yamamoto cancelled. He posted a note on the door, the dork. We have an announcements tab on our Portal Plus but he never remembers to use it. Do we have anymore milk, I can't stomach this gross blend of yours."

"Gross? If you don't like my coffee then go buy your own." He grumbles. I turn around, blank faced. "There should still be some of O's chocolate almond milk stuff behind the Heinekens." I give him a quick smile and begin to dig through the fridge.

He leaves his seat at the counter and sets his mug next to me. "I could be wrong. She left me a list of things to pick up, I can add that to it. For now you can have the rest of mine and I'll take yours."

I pause my search and glance down at the basically full mug. "Why are you being nice to me?" I inquire slowly as I close the fridge. The three of us spilt rent so we can have a decent place to stay in so I'm around my best friend's brother more than most people but I wouldn't say we are super close.

He snags my mug, takes a swig and winces. "You're right, this is a bit much just on its own." He peers down at me as I wait for my answer. He sighs and starts to walk away. "Really? It's not like I'm mean to you or anything."

Hmm.. he's right. I never thought about it. "Okay I'm heading to work. Try not to trash the place when O gets home."

"Yeah, yeah. Later there Bells." I says with a wave of my hand as I move into the living room for some Netflix. I'm twenty or some minutes into an episode of something when my phone starts buzzes. "Oh please don't be Keeghan saying we actually had class." I whine as I slide my thumb across the screen. "Hellooo?"

"Hey I was thinking about what you said and it made me think a little. I'm working a long shift tonight so it will have to wait until kind of late. How about you just meet me at midnight. Alone."

"Bellamy? Wait, what are you talking about? Meet you where?"

"Oh and don't say anything to Octavia okay? See you later (y/n)." He adds and hangs up without answering a single one of my questions. What the? How the hell am I supposed to meet him somewhere if he doesn't tell me where? Also why can't I tell O? What on Earth could he have planned? I finally get around to taking my first sip of the coffee he gave me. Oh wow, this is way sweeter than I would have guessed.

"Are you still working on that research paper? God (y/n), you have been at that thing for hours now. You should take a break or something." Octavia commentates as she walks by my open door.

"Yeah but I'm almost done. I'll have my lights out in a bit don't worry about me."

"Okay then,I'm heading to bed. Night (y/n)"

"Night." I chirp back and continue typing away. After a few minutes I look at the time, quarter of twelve. If he is expecting me somewhere he better let me know where. As if he heard me a message alert pops up on my phone. I slide and see there is a picture attached. Oh god, don't tell me... What if he said not to tell O because he is laying in a room somewhere with just a sheet on or something! I take a deep breath and open the message. I cautiously glance down at my screen and see something I wasn't the least bit expecting. "The playground a couple streets down?"

Since he wasn't answering me before I don't bother trying again. I grab my jacket, a beanie and tip toe out of the apartment.

I check my phone as I reach the little park. Two minutes to midnight. I look around and spot Bellamy on a swing. "That's not a sight you see everyday." I chuckle as I make my way to him.

"Hey you actually showed." He says hopping off.

"Yeah you're lucky I did with all of those vague ass messages of yours. Care to explain what we are doing in a park in the dead of night?" I ask popping my hands into my pocket as I stop in front of him.

"Oh yeah, haha sorry about that." He replies running his hand through this hair. "I was just so focused on our conversation earlier that I didn't think to explain myself. I never realized that I never do anything nice for you so I thought of this, follow me." He says as he begins to walk further into the park and I quickly follow suit.

We walk in silence for a couple minutes as the park soon becomes just a light patch of woods. Since we aren't talking I just take in the scenery. It was a clear night and as I peeked though the tree tops I could see some stars. "Wow it's so pretty out here."

"This? Wait until you see where we're heading." He answers and takes my hand as he leads us down another path. Before I can ask, the trees stop and we come to a fence. The little fence was the only thing between us a steep drop but what lay below was worth it. I actually let out a gasp as I look out at the view. We have an amazing vantage point of the rest of the city along with a view of the crystal clear sky. I can't decide what to focus on, the bustle below or the stars glistened above.

I turn to him, still a little in awe and he lets out a little chuckle. "See, picking a building outside of town wasn't a bad idea after all. So you like it?"

"Like it? Bellamy, this is absolutely amazing! How the heck did you find this place?"

"I went out walking one night to clear my head and just stumbled upon it. I come here from time to time, whenever I need a break from everything." He explains leaning back onto a tree.

"If this is like your little haven, why are you sharing it with me?"

"Well, this is place is special to me... and I wanted to share it with someone who is also special to me." He replies softly.

I train my eyes on the boy, momentarily forgetting about all that is in front of me. "What?" I breathe.

He looks down and grins a little awkwardly. "You're going to make me say it huh? I care about you (y/n). At first you were just a friend of O's that I didn't mind so much. Now that we are living together and I see you all the time you really have grown on me. I understand if you don't feel the same, I just wanted to let you know."

I let out a little giggle that gets him to move his gaze from the ground to me. "Who knew you could be such a cutie." He looks away, obviously embarrassed. I lean up and peck him on the cheek. "Don't worry Bells, you have grown on me some too. We already live together so if we can take things slow, I wouldn't mind giving us a try?"

He peeks back down at me with a little smirk. "That works for me." He answers wrapping his arms around me, lightly kissing my forehead.
