HOUSE OF TUNNELS

Chapter 1

Annika, Jamal, Danya, Elayna and Tyler arrive at the House of Hades after school.
"We need a plan." Annika states.
"How do we get steal the amulets back from Victor?" Jamal asks.
"It's obvious, guys." Danya says.
"What?" Tyler asks.
"We keep Victor up all night by distracting him and when he falls asleep, we steal the amulets and he won't wake up!"
"That's not obvious, Danya." Elayna laughs.
"I guess that means we're all staying up late together." Jamal says. "We're having a Sibuna Sleepover!"

Later at prison, Hunter visits his dad alone.
"What was it that you needed to tell me?" He asks.
His dad takes a deep breath. "The reason I got put into prison was because when I was in Hades House, me and my friends found out about this evil in the House. We found out that we needed to find the Mask of Hades. But to find the Mask, you need the Gem of Aphrodite. We searched for the Gem and I found it in a suit of armor in the Frobisher Library! I tried to steal it, but I was caught and I got out of control and tried to escape, but I accidentally ended up injuring a police man and killing him, putting me in here."
"So, what do you want me to do?"
"I want you to find the Gem... And put it in the Shield of Poseidon. There, it will be protected. And the Mask will never be found.."
"But I thought you were trying to find the Mask!"
"We were wrong. And now there are probably more people trying to find it. You need to make sure they don't. Or a lot of people will die. Find the Gem and put it in the Shield."
"Okay." Hunter takes a deep breath.

That night, the Sibuna Club meets in Annika and Danya's room.
"Are you guys ready?" Tyler asks.
"Yes!" Everyone says.
"Let's do this." Annika smirks.
