HOUSE OF TUNNELS

Chapter 4

Annika crawls back very fast.
Jamal and Danya pull Annika out of the hole and hug her.
"Guys, look!" Tyler points to the next tunnel.
"Let's see what the next the next task is." Annika says.
They make a turn and see a wide open space with strings all across the room.
"What are the strings for?" Jamal asks.
"Who cares?!" Tyler goes touches the strings and his hand stings in pain.
"Tyler!! Are you okay?!"
Tyler starts tripping out and hyperventilating.
"We have to leave!" Annika says.
They all take him away.

Meanwhile at school, Elayna and Tommy plant flowers around the school for detention.
"I can't believe we have to do this because of YOU." Tommy groans.
"It's just revenge for playing with my feelings at the Ball." Elayna says.
"Elayna, I'm sorry..." He says.
"Forget about it! I told you I don't want to talk to you anymore!"
Tommy playfully tackles Elayna to the ground and wrestles with her.
They laugh and she pins him to the ground.
"Girls are better!" Elayna snickers.
Tommy flips her around and pins her to the ground.
"Men are more dominant!" He snickers.
"Whatever!" Elayna pushes him off.

In the school hallways, Hunter and Savanna talk.
People start screaming and they turn to see a duck running around.
"That's my ducky-poo!" Tyler chases after it.
Mr. Sweet tries to catch it.
"Yes!" Hunter starts to sneak into Mr. Sweet's office.
"What are you doing?!" Savanna shouts.
"This is my chance to get the Gem!" Hunter goes inside and goes to the suit of armor.
He tries to look inside, but it falls and the Gem flies out.
"Yes!" He smiles.
The door bursts open and the duck charges inside.
"Stay away from it!" Mr. Sweet shouts.
The duck goes to the Gem and eats it.
"NO!" Hunter lets out a cry. "The Gem!"
