Chapter 11:

“So EJ when are you turning 19?” Princeton asked, while taking a bit from his peperoni pizza.

“October 14,” Chres said holding my hand under the table and smirking at me.

“Yeah, I turn 19 on October 14.” I said looking away from Chres and looking at Princeton. “Why you want to know though?” I questioned. Why did he want to know when my birthday is?

“Well I forgot to tell you guys, but Walter wants us to make a movie I think its called Used to be…just like our song.” I looked up at Chres biting my lip.

“Um…but didn’t you guys hear Chres and I just got a part for a movie!” I said trying to not to sound upset. I put on my fakest smile.

“Yeah, but he just wants to discuss nothing to major.” Princeton confirmed taking another bit of pizza.

“Oh okay.” I gushed. I never thought I would be so happy!

“Um…EJ I forgot to tell you but we have to head next week to Los Angeles, so we can discuss the movie The Battle.” Chres turned toward biting his lip.

“Okay but what about Alexis?” I looked up at Alexis, who was talking to Prodigy. “Alexis how are we going to take you?” I asked her.

“Well I can stay home with Prod!?” Alexis had a smirk on her face.

“Um…no, sorry to ruin your parade. But I don’t want you to get pregers. So your coming with us like it or not!” I said in a mom toned voice. I am a year older than her.

“UUgh!” Alexis crossed her arms and pouted. Prodigy put his arm around her, and whispered into her ear. She then got happy again.

Getting Home:

“I am tired” Ray Ray said siting down on the couch. We were all now sitting down on the couch, watching The Notebook.

“I don’t want to cry.” Alexis says in a sadly tone. She was sitting on my left and Chres on my right.

“I know right” I hugged Chresento.

“I never cry” Chres gushed. I started laughing. “I’m forreal baby!” he stared at my lips. I leaned forward and kissed him. Even though we been dating for three months I still got butterflies kissing his lips.

“Ew, get a room!” Alexis through a pillow at us. Which ruined the moment.

“Yes, I got the feisty one” Prodigy shot his arms up in the air like if he won something more. We all laughed while Alexis blushed.

A week later:

“Alexis come on! We’re going to be late for our plane!” I yelled from down the stairs.

“I’m coming, I’m coming let me just get two more books from my shelf so I can read them on my way there.” She came down with two books in her hand and they were HUGE! “Here I got Partials and Greek myths!” She is so nerdy.

“Let’s go” Chres got our suit cases that were in the hallway and headed outside to the door. “Hey baby” He kissed me before grabbing the luggage and head outside. I smiled at him and I turned around.

“Ready Alexis!” I said. She left to go get her root beer from the fridge.

“Coming!” she ran past me. And got into the car, opening her laptop.

“Come on babe.” I locked the door, and I headed toward the car. I got in and Alexis music was blasting from the back seat, Wake me up.

“Put it down Alexis” the volume went down and we headed to the airport.
