Sorry i havent uploaded in a while now. I will upload every week now so please start reading again.

Recap:

Our platform lands on the ground with a big thump which shakes me up. While I notice that the harsh landing hasn’t affected the four big boys a tiny bit. I shudder. This is not going to be pretty.

Time: October 2nd, 2011------- 6:16 am

Andria’s POV

The monsters get on all fours and start to slowly hiss and slither toward us. Almost like big, green scary panthers-- trying to get us by surprise. If only they knew. At least that gives us time to formulate a plan.

“So what’s the big plan?” Nick asks me.

“Huh?...Oh right. The plan. Okay, so, the plan is that we are going to have to try to stay alive as long as we can. Sound good?” I ask.

“Wow. Thanks. I don’t think I could’ve figured it out without you.” Nick rolls his eyes.

“Yeah, well, I wasn’t exactly warned in advance that we were going to be put in a ring with four hungry MONSTERS for a fight till death. Now, was I?” I reply.

“Look. Forget that you have any BODY powers whatsoever and forget about the weapons as well. Since defeating the monsters physically is next impossible without our BODY powers, we will have to defeat them mentally.” Xavier points out. We look at him. He looks at me. They all look at me.

Right. I have to think of the rest of the plan.

“Uh..Eh-XACTLY! That’s exactly what I was going to say. Nick and Xavier will use Emotion Controlling and Illusions to throw the monsters off. Zak will use his Teleportation and I will use my Telekinesis to disarm and distract them. Alright?” They all nod as if my plan just might work. Great. Step one done. Now for hard part.

Suddenly, one of them starts to get out his weapon. Another starts sprinting towards us. Okay. It is time for action.

Zak’s POV

“Arghh!” the monster yells as I sneak up behind him and use jab him at his pressure point at the back of his neck. At least that is where the pressure point is supposed to be according to Andria. And from the look on the monster’s face, I would assume he is right. I quickly pick up the monster’s weapon and pass it to Xavier. The weapon-- some kind of Mega-Ray Blaster— has been outlawed years ago in Zion because of the nuclear rays that they emit. Guess they haven’t figured it out yet. Huh?

“Duck!” Andria yelled at me. And I did. Just in time for the axe to hit the monster right in front of me in the nook of his neck. Ouch. That’s gotta leave an ugly scar. I look over at Andria who is giving me a winning smile. No doubt that was her doing. I give her a thumbs up and teleport over to Xavier and Nick.

The two of them are doing great. Xavier picked the leader of the pack to be their first victim- a good choice as it turned out. This is because as soon as their leader was gone, the pack was lost-- giving me and Andria time to disarm them and hit them with their own weapons. Right now the once scary looking monster is looking lovingly at Nick. It is so bad that if this were a cartoon, he would have hearts for eyeballs.

“What did you DO to him? Nick, dude, I heard you were desperate and all, but you can do better than this dude, I’m sure.” I ask. Nick gives me a dirty look and I smirk at him. He quickly regains his composure.

“What can I say, man? Chicks just dig me- I just have that effect on people.”

“You realize this guy isn’t a chick, right?”

“What difference does that make?” He asks. I give him a questioning look. What difference does it make??!

“Is it just me or are we in a ring full of deadly monsters hungry for our blood?” Xavier yells at us.

“Calm down. We only have one left and Andria is taking care of him. We have it under control.” I reply--- only too soon.

“Guys!” Andria shrieks. I turn just in time to see that the monsters are getting back up--- fully healed. What is going on?”
