Yesterday night went by really quickly. Wes and I haven’t talk about the little beach incident and I was finally starting to get ready for Cam’s party. I decided to wear skinny jeans with a cute top that was totally showing off my… perks without being trashy. I applied a little bit more make-up than usual and straighten my hair nicely. It was about 6h30 so I head back into the living room where Drew, Keaton and Wes we’re playing xbox. I smiled because it was the first time in over a week where they were all together. Drew and Wes were casually talking to each other from time to time and it made me happy.

“Hey! Where are you going? You look good.” Keaton smiled after catching a glimpse of me and I thanked him.  Drew and Wes both shot their head towards me in surprise. I haven’t been going out much lately so..

“I’m just going out.” I answered simply.

“Alone?” Drew eyebrow rose.

“College party.” I answered and sat down next to Keaton on the couch, aka the only place left.

“Do you need a lift there?” Drew asked again.

“Nah, I’m good.” I was staring at the TV so I wouldn’t make eye contact with Wes whatsoever.

“Oh, it’s like walking distance from here?” He asked again.

“Well no, but someone’s giving me a ride there.” I said and I saw him nodded.

“When are you leaving?” Are we going to go through all the questions really?

“Around 7.” I answered a little bit annoyed.

“Wow, crazy party huh?” Keaton mocked next to me. I slapped is chest and he winced in fake pain.

“We’re picking something to eat before the actual party.” I answered and Keaton shot me a glare. So did Wes and Drew.

“So, someone is picking you up, you are going out to eat and you are spending the rest of the night at a party?” I nodded and Keaton went on.

“Sounds like I’m not the only one going on a date.” He nudged my side.

“It’s not a date.” I rolled my eyes.

“Who’s picking you up?” Wes asked curiously.

“Just a friend.”I answered, making sure to bring back yesterday’s event.

“Guy friend?!” Drew hissed. I looked around and Keaton was smiling, Wes, on the other side, just looked ultimately pissed. He was staring at the screen even if the game was on pause and I could see how tense his jaw was.

“Yeah.” I said simply and started picking on my nails.

“Jesus, I’d prefer when you went on date with Wes, at least I knew the guy.” He sighed and I rolled my eyes.

“You weren’t saying that a couple of weeks ago.” I snapped and stood up to get my purse ready and everything I needed. I made sure to take a couple of beers from the fridge and hide them in my big-ass bag.

“How are you coming back?” Drew yelled, making sure I’d heard him.

“Is this an interrogation?” I snapped and yelled back.

“No, I just want to know how you are going to get home safe. Just call me, I’ll come pick you up.” He added.

“Yeah, I can give you a ride too if you need.” Wes chipped in.

“Same.” Keaton said. I smiled at him when I walked back into the living room, knowing that he doesn’t have a car or even his licence.

“I wouldn’t dare get in the same car as you.”  I joked and he stuck out his tongue at me.
