author's ending note

because i started off with dedicating the first chapter to lily, i'm going to dedicate this last chapter to her too. without her, this book wouldn't have existed ahahaha. and she encouraged me a lot too sO YEs :") 

(okay lily, from here onward, you can stop reading already hAHAHAHA) 

FIRSTLY,, as what i do with all of my other stories, i need to say a very very huge thank you to all of you readers. be it new readers, or readers who stuck with me right from the very first chapter. i'm grateful to each and every one of you — for staying with me and dedicating your time to read the chapters. for leaving lovely comments that encouraged me to write on no matter how shitty i felt the story was. i really, really appreciate it!!!! :")

now i wanna talk about the story haha. i would really love for you guys to leave comments on your thoughts about wrong step!! bc up till now, as i'm typing this, i'm still afraid that i've ventured too far from the initial idea of angels and demons. i hAve ABSOLUtely no idea why i started including so many plot twists (jeon jungkook, you still win the best actor award wtf) but i guess i wanted to let you guys read a fresh plot??? instead of the usual demon-wants-to-suck-my-blood-but-falls-in-love-with-me kind of stories (nO i am definitely not degrading anyone's works) but yeah i wanna know your opinions!!

ABOUT the characters,, i tried my best to not make anyone commit silly mistakes/basically do things that make you want to punch the screen. i, for one, can nEVER stand it when the female lead does something stupid hAHAHAHA. so yeah, sunmi is smart (one of you called her a dumb hoe or something hOW dAre you pls turn on your location, just kidding ily) and so are the other characters!! 

also!!! yES it is a happy ending! you have no idea how confident i was of making a sad ending right from chapter 1. even up till chapter 25, i was wondering if i should change the ending or not hahaha. and yes i did whoop whoop. firstly, i felt like you guys would smack my ass if i didn't. :") but nah, i didn't want to build up the climax and make someone die yknow,, it would be good to let each and every one of them to have a good ending BC THEY DESERVED IT !!! 

and yes, kai IS genuinely happy! (: in case you forgot, the sole reason why kai's even the bad guy was because he always felt inferior compared to baekhyun when they were in front of the demon king. now that the demon king is gone + he's got assurance from sunmi that he has tried his best, he!! can!! finally!! move!! on!! /pops champagne/ 

(( honestly, i was really emotional when i typed the word 'end'. this project (?) has stayed with me for close to 8 months and i'm just... really sad to let it go. but all good (i hope) things have to end yeah!! ))

this story will probably be under major reconstruction because the amount of grammar mistakes and overly cheesy lines is horrendous tbvh hAHAHAHA. the other day i was re-reading the first few chapters and i cringed omf. how do you guys even go through that i'm so—

i don't know how to end this note because i don't want to end this story gAH ): i think i'm an overly attached writer wtf hahaahha
