I looked and it was Megan. I didn't reply. She saw me crying and all she did was put her arm over my shoulder. "Stella what's wrong? ". "He's sick Megan". "You found out he has asthma", "Megan he told me not to tell anyone the truth but I need to tell you... He doesn't have asthma, he has cancer". Megan took me and let me into the house near the cliff. She asked me if it was fair to run out on a guy that trusted me for a really big secret. She had a point and I figured maybe tomorrow I should apologize to him for running off during something so important.
So now I go to school hoping Jayden isn't mad at me because I was such a jerk. Then I went to class and sat next to him and he sat a bit further away from me than yesterday. I said "I know you're mad at me, because I ran off yesterday... But I'm sorry and I understand if you don't even want to look at me anymore". I got up with my hand on the desk. Then I felt a hand on mine. I looked back and he wasn't looking at me, but he held my hand. Then he let it go and I tear streamed down my face as I went to go sit at the only empty desk left. I was now sitting next to a guy named David Iron. He was a guy that always gets a different girl everyday.
