Nothing could be better: with Christmas coming up in a few days and a super excited (y/n), Marshall felt at peace. He even managed finishing writing a song for his concert back at the Candy Kingdom.
They planned visiting Cake and Fionna for the holidays, and there they were, knocking on the treehouse's door.
Fionna opened it as she nearly jumped on them.
"I missed you guys!" she exclaimed sincerely.
"We weren't gone for that long." Marshall chuckled.
"It felt like ages!" Fionna exaggerated.
"Yeah, sure." (y/n) giggled.

(Y/n) and Marshall were under a mountain of warm blankets.
"It's so cold." (y/n) sighed and looked at the window.
"Well it's winter, duh." he rolled his eyes and snickered when (y/n) punched his arm.
(Y/n) hated how cold it was and would give anything to be summer again.
She hated winter, when her breath would form into a grey cloud of words and when the tip of her nose would turn stone cold.
Basically, she would be one to try sleeping the whole winter and wake up in spring.
"What's up with that thinking face thought." he growled and pulled their bodies almost into each other, annoyed at the almost non-existent contact between them.
(Y/n) squeaked at the sudden movement. She smiled and pecked his lips.
"What song are you going to sing?" she was smiling excitedly and squealing.
"You'll have to wait and see babe." he winked and Eskimo kissed her.
"I would've said I'm your number one fan but your ego is already huge, so..." she teased and laughed as Marshall trapped her between his arms and got on top.
"It's huge like my d--"
"I will not let you finish that sentence." (y/n) breathed out fast enough to stop him.
Marshall turned over from laughing madly while (y/n) tried to stop herself from laughing.
"Of all people you should know that." he teased with a smirk (y/n) would like to wipe off his face.
She blushed and covered her face with the palm of her hands. Slowly, she was becoming the most red-cheeked girl in the world.
"You shut up!" she yelled, still covering her face and getting off the bed, running into a corner of the room.
She immediately regretted the idea, the cold air hitting her warm skin.
"Didn't you like it thought?" he smirked and floated over to her, nudging her shoulder.
"W-What?" she got her hands off her face, still blushing, and looked at him.
"The sex, duh." he smirked.
"Oh my Glob, stop!" she blushed and covered her face, again.
"You are so innocent." he snickered.
"That's not true! I-I kill people!" she yelled and stomped her foot.
"Still a precious and small cinnamon roll. Still one." he pecked her lips.
"That's not--" she said as they pulled away but was interrupted by the same pair of lips.
Marshall's hand travelled under her shirt and onto her back as (y/n) jumped up a little, startled by his action. He trapped her into the corner, pressing himself against her. (Y/n) ran her fingers through his goddamn perfect hair, messing with it, pulling him closer. She dragged his head closer as he moved his lips onto her jawline, then her neck, creating a hickey.
