Won't You Stay This Time?

Bedewed Butler (Part 1)

~~Third Person POV~~

<Flashback>

Ciel stared up at Sebastian, looking towards his demonic glowing eyes as he got closer, preparing to devour Ciel's soul.

"And now, master...", he began. Ciel closed his eyes, embracing his coming death despite his desire to stay with Claire. Sebastian licked his lips in hunger, having long awaited the day he could devour his master's soul, and he leaned forward as Ciel stayed relaxed. He lifted Ciel's face with his right hand, his only remaining hand, and prepared to enjoy his meal before a sudden loud chime was heard through the ruins and he stopped short. His expression shifted to one of shock and confusion as the demonic glow in his eyes disappeared. He lowered his hand, allowing Ciel's head to slump limply against the stone bench as the chimes continued. He stared down intently at Ciel and what was meant to have been his meal, his thoughts spinning through his head as he tried to come to a sensible conclusion.

Finally, he uttered one simple question to himself, one he had yet to answer. "What is this?", he questioned in his shock.

<Present>

The triplets came rushing towards Sebastian, who was currently running backwards while holding Ciel. One triplet was carrying a latter, another a large pair of metal pincers, and the third a couple of sculpting tools. Sebastian was quick to move Ciel out of the way of the pincers as they closed in front of them, but Alois seemed sure they would lose to his servants.

"Group attack!", Claude declared. "Welcome to The Fierce Raking From Hell!" Sebastian was standing with Ciel not too far away as the triplets ran around them in a circle to keep them where they were. Sebastian seemed bored, but kept a watchful eye while Ciel seemed annoyed and was constantly flicking his eyes in Alois' direction due to Claire's unconscious form on the ground beside him.

Suddenly, the triplet with the latter jumped into the air causing another to lunge and the final one to jump as well. The one that lunged had the pincers and closed them around one of Sebastian's ankles to keep him from running while his head went through one of the sections of the latter to hold his head in a steady-ish position. The final triplet was coming down towards them with the intent to kill Sebastian using his sharp sculpting tool and hammer. Ciel directed his gaze towards Alois, who smirked and turned to Claire's unconscious form.

Alois bent down beside her and rolled her over onto her back. He stroked her cheek as he pulled a concealable knife from somewhere in his dress. He slowly moved it from the base of her stomach up to the base of her chin, not yet applying pressure but getting excited at the thought. He looked over to Ciel and smirked with a small victorious laugh as he watched the final triplet come down slowly.

However, just as the sharp end was about to make contact at the top of Sebastian's nose between his eyes, he jumped away. He stood on a tree branch like a showoff as he watched the triplet with the latter slide down the trunk of the tree with the busted latter and the triplet with the sculpting tools fall on his back and the sharp tool land inches from his head.

"Good show, you're all exceptionally skilled", Sebastian smiled down at two of the triplets. One held two sides of the now broken pincers and the other stood and picked up a piece of the latter. As they ran towards the tree, Sebastian jumped from the branch and ran towards Claude, Alois, and Claire while easily outrunning the two triplets and dodging the third triplet's second attempt at an attack. It was child's play to him, too easy, so easy that he smirked and found the time to reminisce about running away from the manor through those same trees only a couple of weeks before while still easily outrunning the triplets.

"It was like carrying a doll. Running virtually unburdened", he mumbled. Ciel looked up at him.

"Did you say something?", he asked.
