After the hug, Samiko sniffed a little. I patted his back, whispering soothing words. Samiko blushed as he pulled away. "Sorry for acting like a girl..." He muttered.
I shook my head. No. Not only girls cry, everyone haves a moment to cry, everyone should cry. I've held in my emotions since my clan death. But then I let go, I let the tears flow down when I didn't want to loose anymore love ones. Zabuza... Haku... I was scared of loosing them.
I clenched my heart. I'm... I'm even scared of loosing team seven, Sakura, Sasuke, Kakashi... Naruto. All the friends I made here when I arrived, Hinata, Ino, Kiba... They were there for me. When I was down even though I didn't show emotion in the academy, they walked up to me and befriended me. That made me glad.
The Hokage gave me everything I needed, but he didn't bring back my family. No he didn't.
"No, Samiko, don't act like that." I patted his shoulder, giving him a smile. "You need to get to Rei, he's probably wondering what's taking us so long." I started heading a different direction.
"B-but, where are you going?" He stuttered.
I grinned, placing my hands in my coat pockets, "Eh? Worried about me now. Don't worry, I'll be back in a few days, we finished early anyways." I winked.
"That's... That's not Tsuki like.... But where are you going, you didn't answer me."
"I heard it... The desperate cries from my team. They're hurt and I can't leave them out on there own like this. Sorry Samiko."
"Heh, don't worry, I'll tell Rei."
"Thanks..." I whispered.
He nodded, jumping away to the tower to reunite with his brother. I clenched my fists. It's my fault they're hurt. I've waited to long and there can be anyone out there to hurt them.
Sakura.
Sasuke.
Even Naruto.
Please, wait for me.
It wasn't hard to detect their chakra signature with this Saigon of mines. The chakra signature was pretty weak though and I'm just curious if Sakura even bothers healing themselves. Good thing I learned a lesson of medic a few years back with mom. She was close to the legendary sannin, Tsunade, that's how she got her skills.
Sakura was just staring at them, Sasuke and Naruto, I mean. They were both knocked out, probably had a rough battle. I even sensed a few other chakra signatures close by but I didn't mind them as I jumped in front of Sakura, scaring her a bit that she was fully awake, a kunai lunged at me.
I merely dodged, a emotionless face soon turning into a grin. Damn she must have had it rough also.
"T-Tsuki?" Tears flooded her eyes as she jumped in my arms, 'Tsuki! I'm so glad your here. I-I was terrified." She cried.
I patted her back like I did to Samiko, slightly pushing her back as I glanced at the two knocked out boys. I frowned as Sakura went back over, grabbing a damp towel that was hanging from a tree branch, wetting it with water then squeezing it, placing a new towel on Sasuke head.
I walked over, sitting next to Naruto as I felt his head. He was burning up. I took a towel also, wetting it and placing it on his forehead.
"Mind telling me what happened?" I asked staring at Naruto.
"W-well, a snake came out of nowhere, swallowing Naruto up. I didn't believe it actually, but then Naruto managed to escape. We were talking and suddenly Naruto punched Sasuke. He said that even if we gave him the scroll, he'll kill us. Sasuke was scared, Naruto said. Even I noticed it. Naruto was doing his best by taking down the guy-"
