Okay, I promise you I am working on the other half of the Clace Date, but I just started high school on Thursday and I've been adjusting pretty well.
Surprisingly, there's only two things I have to complain about. The school does letter days that tells you the order of classes and which class you won't have that day and go through A-H days. Basically, every day except A and B days I have to go from the basement to the third(top) floor then back to the basement and back to the third floor.
And then, my sister was craving coffee before school the first day and got me some and didn't tell me to watch out for a teacher, who I'm gonna call Ms Bitch for anonymity reasons, who patrols the area in school where my locker is and yells at people who have anything but water. So, she saw my Dunkin cup, talked to me for about five minutes and made me late to my first class which was of course on the third floor while my locker is in the basement. Then, when I finally got to the class, the teacher asked me why I was late in front of anyone. Here's the conversation.
Mr Teacher: Why are you late?
Me: Sorry Mr Teacher. Ms Bitch had to talk to me in the inner track.
Mr Teacher: You get caught with coffee?
Me: *nods shamefully*
Mr Teacher: *looks me over* Yup, you're Efa's sister.
So that last part was more funny than annoying but still. And there are good things to this school. For example, my honors English teacher is AWESOME. She loves Doctor Who (her room is literally Doctor Who themed), The Hunger Games, anime, Greek Mythology, Bones, the Keira Knightly version of Pride and Prejudice, and my sister and I both agree she's like an older version of me.
Now, quick update on my life.
I wanted to get one more pleasure book in before I started school, so I read Saint Anything by Sarah Dessen. Long story short I'M IN LOVE. SHES AMAZING AND THE STORY IS AMAZING. While I still hate Ames and the main character's parents (though I think that was the point), I'm in love with Sydney and Mac and Layla and Mrs Chatham and Irv and everyone else besides the other people I named before. WHICH IS WHY I'M SO FLIPPING MAD THAT I HAVE FOUND LITERALLY ONE FANFICTION FOR THE BOOK. And it was only a ONE SHOT. I need to read MacxSydney fanfiction that makes my fangirl heart squeal and GAH.
Now, I found out last week that I'm not gonna be the aunt of three, but four. Yup, my sister's having twins! I'm honestly so excited and I can't wait for them to come in approximately six months because who doesn't love babies--even when you're purely sadistic and psychotic (note to self, use that line in a chapter). Of course, the dad wants nothing to do with them at the moment; but Efa isn't letting that get her down.
After that there's just been a lot of me watching Brave three times in three days and over obsessing about The Joker and Harley Quinn, Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance, Miggie and Rucas (guilty obsessions), and Saint Anything...
Specifically trying to find Mac and Sydney fanfiction...
I WILL FIND IT SOMEDAY.
So now, I bid all you booknerds a good night.
Bella
