REYNA

What am I doing?

Nico's arm was around her as they walked back up deck. She enjoyed the warmth it gave her, but she still pulls away. "What?" Nico asks.

She thought of the kiss. How he laid his body against her's and placed a hand on her waist and a hand on her face before kissing her. And when he did it felt like it went on forever. She never wanted it to stop. She kissed him back, but only when her eyes slightly fluttered open did she pull away. She couldn't help the smile on her face even as she looked at Jason's door next to them.

"Nico, I still have feelings for Jason. I still love him. The kiss between you and myself only... complicates things. I can't have you both," Reyna pleads.

"Then have him, what do I care?" Nico says marching towards the deck.

"Nico!" Reyna yells quietly, grabbing his arm and pulling him back to her. He wraps her in a hug, and then tries to let go but she holds on tight. Something inside of her warming at the touch of him. She leans away from his shoulder and back into him, kissing him again. He kissed back briefly before pulling away.

Reyna walks back to her room, leaving Nico alone in the hall to do whatever. She hears footsteps, and assumes that they are Nico's heading towards the deck.

JASON

Jason walks the length of his room back and forth.

Why Nico? Jason thought. Why do I even care?

Jason knew the answer. He loved Reyna, and Nico did not get to take her away.

Jason opens his door to an empty hall. He walks to the deck.

"Hey, Jason." He hears Leo say it, but he doesn't respond. He walks straight over to the boy dressed in all black, the son of Hades.

He stands next to him, deciding not to cause a scene. "What are you thinking about?"

Nico turns his head to face Jason, "Things."

"I know. I have ears, and you were right outside my door," Jason whispers because if he does anything else...

Nico's eyes widen. "Oh, is it not okay when another person takes the one you love away? Reyna and yourself did that to Piper, or have you forgotten about her completely?"

"Piper and I are over, because I love Reyna. I love Piper too, but I can't have her. Reyna is mine, Nico."

"Jason, you don't own Reyna. It's up to her who she is with," Nico says staring into Jason's eyes. Nico soon breaks the stare, and turns to his sister, walking over to her.

Jason decides to go talk to Reyna.

Knock, Knock. Jason knocks on Reyna's door, waiting for her to say, "Come in."

When she does, he opens the door, and walks in to find Reyna sitting on her bed, staring at the door. When Jason walks in, Reyna looks up, and her eyes fill with panic.

Jason walks over, and sits next to Reyna on her bed. He decides to see if she will tell him about what happened first, instead of confronting her about it.

"Were you expecting someone else?" He asks.

"What? No. Sort of- Jason, I have to tell you something." Reyna starts off.

"Yeah?"

"Nico... He was asking me these questions, and saying you were jealous because you love me, and he's a guy in my life. I told him that I could never like him like that... but h-he, we, kissed. He kissed me, I kissed back, and I kissed him again in the hall. I'm sorry, I don't know what I was thinking, but the kiss stirred feelings for Nico in me."

"Reyna, you told me to take my time with getting over my breakup with Piper. I am, but it's always going to be you. Now that I messed it up with Piper, and all. But I love you. I don't want you to be with anybody else, but with that being said, it's your choice. If you want to be with Nico, then okay. I won't like it though."

Reyna looks at Jason with wide eyes. "Take your time," Jason interrupts Reyna's stare as he exits her room.

REYNA

Reyna paces her room as the knock on her door is heard. Reyna stops walking around, opens it, and sees Nico standing there with a grimace on his face.

Reyna steps aside for him to come in, and then she shuts the door behind them.

"We need to talk," Nico says.

"I know. Listen-" Reyna starts, but is interrupted.

"I will listen, but, Reyna, I really like you. I don't want you to have to choose, but you do, and before you choose him, I want you to know that I will be here for you through everything you need to be there for." Nico says all this rather abruptly.

"Okay. I will, go away for now." Reyna says, helping him to the door.

"But-" Reyna shuts the door before he could continue, and then she slides down to the floor. She was fairly certain of who she was going to pick, but the sobs come anyway.

A/N: Sorry it was so short! I want to get the Jeyna chapters over with so we can move on to Fraper... Sounds like coffee. Hah.
