Chapter #7

*Klair*

"AND 1ST PLACE GOES TO...." 

My heart was ready to run away from my body... that's how nervous I was. I start thinking the most ridiculous things.

"DARK SECRET!" I think I just died. Everyone was clapping. I could see dad clapping along with all my step-siblings. We were all group hugging and we stepped forward holding each others hands. Nick passed the microphone to Jason and had another one for him.

"So Jason... How happy are you about winning and signing these girls for the first time on a label?" Nick asked.

"Honestly.. I'm extremely happy. I'm upset that the other acts didn't make it but I'm extremely proud that Klair was able to wake up early to practice. " Jason said while everyone laughed. I just blushed. 

"I'm so happy to say that these girls. Its my first year judging and I can't believe I get to sign these girls to a record label. " He continued smiling. We all hugged him. 

"Now... we heard their was a surprise?" Nick asked raising his eyebrow. Jason nodded.

"Just give us 10 min and you'll see." Jason said and pushed us backstage to our dressing room. 

10 MIN LATER

"ALRIGHT GUYS! YOU READY TO THE SURPRISE?!" Nick yelled. All you can hear are cheers.

All 4 of us walked on stage and got ready to sing another song we wrote. 

Once we were done a banner fell down and it said 'CONGRATULATIONS TO DARK SECRET AND JASON DERULO!' We all walked off stage and went to our dorm room to pack our stuff. We were all going to visit our families until further notice. 

I hugged the girls goodbye and met dad in the front. 

"Daddy!!" I yelled. I ran up to him a gave him a huge hug. The rest of my family (aka the kardashians/jenners) came and also came and gave me a hug. 

We all then decided to go dad's house. But we couldn't forget the ice cream. Dad and I always have a tradition. If I win anything like a game or something, we always go out and get ice-cream.

15 minutes later

We have finally arrived home. We both walked up the stairs. I opened the door and noticed that the lights were all off. I turned them on and screamed. I heard everyone yell surprise. I had tears in my eyes. Never in my life had anyone thrown me a surprise party. It just wouldn't had work with 4 people. 

"My Baby" mom came to me crying. She gave me a huge hug and kissed my cheeks. I know what mom has been through. First the death of her first husband than her second husband transgendered. I gave a huge hug back. 

Everyone was here: Khloe, Lamar, Kim, Kanye, North, Kourtney, Mason, Penelope, Reign, Kendall, Kylie,and Tyga. Along with mom's boyfriend Corey.

"OMG! I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH" I said wiping my tears away. I hugged each one of them and we sat on the couch and just talked. I couldn't ask for a better family.

*THE NEXT DAY*

Jason had called me this morning telling me that we had a meeting. It was 10:30am right now and dad was going to take me to get my new phone.

I was sitting in the car waiting for dad to come. I got a tweet from someone. Obviously I had a lot of followers since winning the x-factor. It was a tweet from Shawn Mendes.
