What Did You Do?

Selene's P.O.V-

"Carlos, I forgive you, but I think that whatever this is, between us, is going too fast for my liking. You already marked me without my permission, and now you're telling me that you 'love me'. I am sorry." Hannah walks away; I am the only one who saw the tears in her eyes. Carlos on the other hand looked just broken. As soon as she left, Carlos stood up and looked at me "Can you keep a close eye on her. I don't want her to get hurt. If you need me, you know where to find me." He said with a voice like a broken record. "Okay" I tell him. He walk off when was at the door he looks back and tells everyone "I will come tomorrow to fix this door." Our Alpha just nodded.
"Azo, keep an eye on Hannah I will be right back." I say as I go to find my Mate. I follow the delicious scent of Jay. I found him near the north border. I hid behind a tree, but it was too late. He already smelled me. "I know you're there Selene." He tells me. I stepped out from behind the tree. "Hi..." I say shyly. 'Shit you are screwed.' My wolf tells me. 'Shut up.' "Hey, why are you here?" he asked clearly in pain. "I wanted to talk to you about...Us?" I say.
"Oh so know there an us? Last I checked you going to reject me." Shit I forgot about that.
"Look Jay, can we talk about this somewhere where we can talk privately." He shurgs and follows me to a little opening in the forest a few feet away from his post.
"Okay Jay, please listen to me..."
"NO... Cause you never listen to me so know I am going to repay the favor and I don't want to talk to you ever again. Just leave me alone and never try to find me again." I shy back at the tone of his voice and his eyes which are changing from normal to black. "Jay, if you hate me so much why not just reject me?" I say with tears in my eyes. He looks at me in the eyes. "Because my wolf will not allow me." And he walks back to his post. I let one of the tears fall and made that the first and last tear I shed on him.
I ran back to see my sister. Azo is at the door. "Beta Female." He bows. "Oh Azo, you don't have to do all that, call me Selene." I tell him.
"Okay, Bet... I mean Selene. Hannah fell asleep a while back, bawling her eyes out."
"Thank You." He left and I went to my sister and saw tear stains. I went to the bathroom and got a wipe to take the stains away. Once I was done I took off all my makeup and changed into a white shirt and short shorts. I went and lay next to Hannah. Once I got comfortable, Hannah moved and put her head on my stomach. "Carlos, Your home early! I Love you so much please never leave me alone." she says. She must thinking about her mate. About an hour later she screams and holds her mark yelling for her mate. Isaiah runs in and after a minutes she calms down, and falls back to sleep. I fell asleep thinking, what did Carlos do?
"THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA IS THERE INSIDE YOUR MIND." Hannah sings very loudly in my ear. Did I mention she had a strange obsession with musicals and operas ever since she got in French? Well she does. I pushed her away. I hear the bedroom door close I start to cuddle in the bed trying to find warmth. When I feel something wet and cold all over my body. I jerk awake screaming, to see Hannah with a bucket and the door was slammed open and Isaiah comes running into the room. When he sees his sister trying to look innocent. His gaze went o me and my soaked white shirt showing off my black lace bra. He blushed and looked away. "Um...Selene your Bra is showing." He tells me looking away. I laughed and asked him. "Is breakfast ready yet?" "Um...Yeah get changed and come down." I got out of bed as soon as he left the room and changed into a nice black tank top that is loose and says 'I can, I will, End of story.' And a pair a shorts. I went to the dining room to see my entire pack with a few people from Carlos's pack too. "Finally you two decided to come eat with us." Robert tells us with laughter in his eyes. "Sorry Dad, Selene was really tired and it took awhile to wake her up." Hannah tells him smiling. . I was worried cause sounded fine but after what happened last night I am sacred for her. She is acting as if just a few hours ago she was not in pain. "Yeah I heard screaming." I blushed and sat next to my brother Kevin. "Hey Kevin, I haven't talked to you in a while. How are you doing?" I asked him. "Well let's see Selene. My sister and my best friend's little sister disappears in the middle of the night. Then they don't come back till a few days later. And that is only because Hannah hurt herself, and then everyone in this pack finds out that Hannah is the Luna of the Redwood pack, because Alpha Carlos breaks down the door, just to hear that his mate doesn't love him. Then I heard that you were the mate of Beta Jay from the Redwood pack." He looks at me with anger in his eyes. "Big brother, I am so sorry for not telling you. It is just very complicated right now between me and Jay." I tell.
"What did you do?"
"Nothing, But last night I tried to talk to him. And he told me never to talk to him, or look for him again." I felt tears in my eyes, but then I remembered my promise last night, and none of them fell. My big brother still pulled me into his embrace and whispered sweet things in my ear. I felt so safe there. After a few minutes like that he let me go. I looked over at Hannah, and that's when I knew she heard what happened and she was angry. We eat and talked to other people and joked around like it was a normal day. And it would've been a perfect day but the Moon Goddess had other plans.

Jay's P.O.V.

*Last night*
"Because my wolf will not allow me." And I walk back to my post. I hated doing this to her, but my anger gets the best of me at the kinds of times. I pretended not to hear my wolf, who is calling for Raine (Selene's wolf). As soon as my shift was over I went to my room, I go to my bed which has a little bit of her sent. My wolf whimpered in my head, and then I hear someone knocking on my door. "Come in." I tell the person. Carlos walks in and stands at the edge of my bed, smelling different and pretty looking pleased. "What did you do?" I asked him pretty pissed off.
"Nothing."
"Bullshit. Did you sleep with Alice?"
"Why do you care?"
"Because you just hurt your mate and my Luna. Why would you do that? Did she really derive all the pain that you put her though by having sex with the biggest slut in the world?" I yell.
"Jay, you may be my best friend but I am still your alpha. So stand down." He uses his Alpha command on me so I obey. Before he leaves I tell him "I just have three questions for you, and I want you to really think about them carefully. What would your family say about what you just did to Hannah? And if you were to place her as your Luna, what would both packs say?" his answer was just to slam the door behind him.
*The next morning*

after I finished my food, I decided it was time to talk to my Luna. 'Azo, are you over at Isaiah's Pack?' I ask over the mind link.
'Yeah, I am here. May I ask why?'
'I am going over to talk to Luna Hannah alone. Ask Alpha Isaiah if we can talk in his office. Okay?'
'I just ask him. He said yes, Hannah said she would talk to you only if her brother and best friend can be her.'
'Okay, fine. Tell them I will be there soon.' As soon as I left the pack house I see Carlos playing around with Alice. I see him as my brother, I hated doing this to him, but it had to be stopped. I took multiple pictures of them cuddling, kissing, and hugging. I put my walls up in my mind link and left.
I got to the gate of the Midnight Star pack. I shifted told them who I was and why I was here. They let me in and I went straight to the Alpha house. I knocked once, and the door was slammed opened and I saw my mate there with hurt eyes. "Beta Jay, Alpha Isaiah and Luna Hannah is waiting for you, Follow me." She tells me as if we are strangers and walks away from me and goes upstairs. "Wow thanks." I say under my breath. "You're welcome. Are you going to stand there or follow me?" I follow her and I couldn't stand it so I looked at her butt. My wolf was thinking so very inappropriate things to do to her. We walk up to the room and she opened I entered and she closed the door behind her. "Beta Jay. It was a surprise to hear that you wanted to talk me, instead of your own mate." Hannah says. Oh shit I guess Selene told her what happened. "Luna, it is about Carlos." Her eyes lit up at her mate's name. "What about him?" She asked. I just hand over my phone which has pictures. Her brother and best friend went next to her and looked at the picture with Hannah. Isaiah growls loudly and says out loud, "Now everything makes sense." We all looked confused at him and he explains "Selene remember last night, when Hannah was yelling for Carlos."Selene nodded. "She did that because she felt Carlos... How do you put this neatly... satisfying his needs with another she-wolf." At that last part Hannah looks about ready to kill someone. "Luna, I don't know why Carlos is acting like this? He came to my room after he... did Alice. And I yelled at him, I tried to talk some sense into him, but he didn't listen. I am so sorry." She looks at me and before she walks out she tells me, in her alpha voice "Instead of trying to fix my mate bond. Fix yours." I look over at Isaiah who gives me a shrugs and goes to find his sister. This then leaves me and Selene in awkward silence. "I should go see how Hannah is holding up." She tells me, But before she can leave I grad her wrist and she stops. "Selene..." She looks at me and slides her wrist out of my hand and walk out. I have to fix my mate bond with Selene, If I don't I might end up like Carlos sleeping with a slut and hurting his mate.
As I walk out of the Midnight Star pack, I think about how to get my mate back. Out of nowhere Carlos mindlinks me 'Jay, What did you do?' He asked clearly angry.
