"No! I will not eat that. Not ever!" I yelled pointing at the mushy stuff in the bowl in front of me. It was a mixture of squashed bananas, beans, melted cheese, ketchup, and god knows what.

Madison, Josh and I were playing truth or dare right now, and I of course, picked dare, because I'm such a daredevil. Anyway, back to the situation at hand. No, I'm not eating that mush.

"Just do it," Josh groaned.

"Yeah! It's a dare." Madison agreed, making me glare at the pair.

"Never!" I declared dramatically.

"Never say never.." Madison smirked at me.

"Girl, you did not just say that," I pointed a finger at her.

"Oh, yes I did." She announced.

"Fine. I'll do it for my future husband," I gave in, pulling the bowl closer to me. "And who's that?" Josh questioned.

"Justin, of course." I laughed. He nodded, whereas Madison had a scowl on her face.

"He's gonna be my husband." she told.

"No, mine!" I denied.

"MINE!" she remained stubborn.

"Please shut up, I hate it when you guys talk about Bieber. Just do the god damn dare." Josh folded his arms, utterly annoyed.

I slumped back in my chair, reaching for the spoon. I used one hand to block my nose, so I wouldn't be able to taste it too much. And with the other hand, I picked up the spoon, scooped it into the bowl and placed it in my mouth. I quickly swallowed, not very happy with the taste.

Soon enough I was spluttering uncontrollably. "Carry on." Madison ushered me with her hand.

I rolled my eyes, and quickly gulped the contents in the bowl. It took a few seconds to kick in, until I felt the horrid substance on the back of my tongue and throat. I lunged for the kitchen, and drank a minimum of 10 glasses of water. After that, I took some chewing gum out, so it would help the disgusting taste to go away. I walked back into the living room, to see Josh and Madison on the couch watching TV. I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Ain't we playing truth or dare?" I asked, mind-boggled.

"Nah," Josh replied. "It's getting boring, lets just watch TV," Madison suggested.

"Wait, wait, wait, hold up. So you made me do a dare- a horrible one at that, and then finished the game, when it was one of you guys' turn to do it." I clarified. They both simply nodded.

I sighed, and sat down on the couch in between them. "Remind me to never play truth or dare with either of you again," I muttered, before turning my attention towards the TV.

"Liam's coming over today." Madison informed me while we ate our pasta, on the dining table. We were accompanied with her parents. Josh had gone to basketball practice with his friends.

"Oh, that's nice." Mrs. Smith smiled, whilst picking up the empty plates and walking away. "Yeah." Mr. Smith agreed. But I'm pretty sure that he had just said 'yeah' out of habit. There's no way he could've heard our little conversation, he was too engulfed in his daily newspaper. He also got up, probably to go to the living room to read it in peace.

My dad was nothing like Mr. Smith. He hated reading. He was more of an action type of guy, hence he's a police officer. I turned to Madison.

"Maddyyy." I moaned.

"What?" she asked with a full mouth, before stuffing another mouthful in as if she had any more space.

"You always want to hang out with Liam. It's like you don't even care about me any more." I told her softly, hoping she wouldn't go off on me for talking like that about her boyfriend.
