Lindsay's Point Of View

I slowly stretch my arms behing my head in anticipation of today.

One year.

One whole year of being with Austin. being with the best person i have ever met. Somebody who means everything to me. This year and a half that I have actually known Austin has been an emotiona roler coaster. Between the drama with the girls being all over him to just me working. Just over dumb things. With every passing days my feelings grow 10x more for him. He has become everything to me. My main supporter. My bpyfriend. My world. Through this year and a half he has done so much for me. He has brought me out of the dumps, and making this year the best year I coud ever ask for. And I have no cue how to full express that to him. But I am sure that he knows that I would do anything for him. Anything.

I roll over with disappointment, knowing that I can't wrap my arms around his tattooed chest or be comforted by the radiating heat from his body. I sigh, and throw the covers off me in defeat. I throw my hair up into a huge puffy mess of bun, and make my way into the bathroom with the anticipation of being able to brush my teeth, and then making my way downstairs to the wafting scent of turkey bacon, and eggs.

"Mmm, making your girlfriends favorite breakfast on a very special day, how sweet," I say wrapping my arms around Austin's warm body.

"Well its one of the many things I can do to let my girlfriend know how much she means to me," He says kissing my forehead.

"Happy one year baby!" I shriek

"Happy one year to also, babe." He says kissing my lightly, and pulling me into a huge hug.

We sit together in front of the tv all cuddled up drinking our coffee and watching a movie.

"Do we have anything planned for today?" I ask Austin, and setting my coffee on the table.

"Well, we have dinner, and then I have a surprise for you."

"what time is dinner?"

"seven, why?"

"Just wondering..." I say smirking.

** JUST A FEW HOURS LATER OK **

** Approxx 8;00 **

"Babe."

"Babe."

"babe."

"Babe."

"Whaaaat!!"

"Where are we going?"

"Well you'll see soon enough."

We finally park at the end of a field, and its almost sunset.

"Babe, close your eyes. okay?"

"okay," I mumble as he wraps something around my eyes.

"What is that?"

"Just a tank top, chill"

He helps me out of the car, and we walk for about five minutes. He lifts me up, and places me down with the thud of wood beneath me feet.

"You can take the shirt off now," Austin says as I anxiously take the shirt off my face.

I let my eyes adjust to my surroundings. I anxiously look around me. I am in a large basket,

"Is this... is this a hot air balloon?"

A huge smile appears on his face as he holds me close.

After the guy gives us a couple instructions we finally take off. I look around in awe at the beautiful sights of California.

"Austin this is outstandingly beautiful," I tell him.

"I know."

After we are finished on the air balloon I race Austin back to the car, and jump in the drivers seat.

"I drive," I say taking the keys from his hands.

We drive for a while until we reach our cliff that over looks the city. I walk over to the back of the car as my fingers shake intensely.

"Go sit over there," I tell Austin handing him a blanket, and grabbing the guitar from the trunk.

I feel bad for having to use his guitar, but hey what else am I going to do.

I walk over to sit with Austin.

He gives me  confused look as I take a deep breathe.

"Are you going to sing to me?" He asks me

"Yeah. I'm sorry if I'm really shaky. Ive only ever sang to Storme. He helped me come up with the chords, and helped me memorize them," I tell him quickly.

A huge smile creeps across his face. I nervously start playing the chords to the song. Its sounding good so far. I start slowly singing the words to the song, I occasionally look up to see him with a huge smile across his face. I continue playing, and singing the song I wrote for him. With every word I gain more confidence in what I'm doing, and finish the song it what seems like no time. I set the guitar down beside us, and before I know it Austin's lips are attacking mine.

"Babe, that was beautiful. You're really talented." Austin says with a huge smile on his face.

** AN HOUR LATTTA **

"Yo boy, ima go do something." I say running up the stairs.

I run into the closet, and pull out the huge wrapped photo frame, and hand it to Austin.

"Open it," I say pushing it towards him.

"What is it?"

"you'll see."

He pulls the paper off it revealing the huge black, and white photo that Adam took of us one night on the beach on a day off. Its us holding hands while looking at each other with huge smiles on our faces. Adam is surely one of the best photographers ever.

"Wow... I don't even know how to thank you for this. This is so pretty," he says pulling me into a huge hug.
