* Lindsay's Point Of View *
Two weeks later...
I walk inside closing the door behind me, and setting my bags beside me with a sigh of relief.
I sowly walk up the stairs to the bedroom, and collapse onto the bed, moaning at the comfort of the bed. My phone begins loadly ringing, and vibrating. I groan, and pull my phone from my pocket looking at the caller ID to see Austin's face. I slide my phone open to see Austin waving at me excitedly.
"Hey babe, I see you got home saftely?"
"yeah, I just got home,I'm so beat, I didn't sleep at all on the way home. The kid behind me on the plane was kicking the back of my seat the whole time," I say laughing.
"The perks of being on a plane," He replies with a big grin, "Only a week longer until we can be together again, don't work to hard, okay?"
"Okay,"I mumble not wanting to say goodbye.
"I'll let you get to sleep, I'l talk to you tomorrow, we can have a coffee date, I love you, goodnight"
"Goodnight."
With that, I press end, and set my phone on the bedside table, and get under the blankets, letting myself fall asleep.
** The folowing morning**
I make my way back over to the large chair in the living room, and pull Austin's lptop back into my lap.
"I'm back," I say taking a sip of my coffee, and giving Austin a smie.
"Theres my girl," He grins setting his coffee down.
I'm really hoping that I don't get used to these skype coffee dates, because I don't want to have to know this is one of the only times I wil be abe to see him this wek due to his very busy last week of tour.
"So what are your plans for the rest of the day?"
"Well, we have press from 12 to around 2,then interveiws for an hour. Then We have off until 6, sound check at six thirty, and then we play at around eightish, and then we're going to the bar for dinner, and some drinks with the other bands, and our tour manager, what do you have planned for today?" He asks sweetly.
"Probably going to long board around huntinton beach, maybe drive over to los angeles for the day to do a little shopping. Maybe take a couple pictures," I reply setting my cup on the coffee tabe in front of me
"Stay safe okay?" He sys, "I have to go get ready, I'll tak to you tomorrow or something, text me when you're home, and safe tonight, alright?"
"Yeah, okay."
"Love you," He says blowing a kiss to the screen.
"You too, bye."
I close the laptop up, and slide it off me, and taking another sip of coffee. I finsih up the cup, and take it over to the sink, and wash it.
I lean my back against the sink, and slide down.
Oh what to do, what to do," I whisper to myself.
I get myelf up off the ground, and mke my way into the bathroom, and jump into the shower. I get out, and throw my hair up into a towel, and quickly head into the bedroom, and throw clothing on. I make my way back into the bathroom, and quickly do my makeup, and then throw my hair back into a bun, and quickly do my makeup. I walk into the bedroom and quickly grab my money off the bedside table, and make my way back downstairs, grab the keys on the counter, and get into Austin's car, an make my way into Los Angeles.
With a ittle while of driving, and blasting Pierce The Veil throughout the car, and singing like a complete moron, I finally enter os Angelles. Might I add that, damn it is beautiful here. Seeing the large amounts of people talking to each other with smies on their faces, and the gleaming in their eyes.
** Later That Night **
I make my way back into the house, setting my camera on the counter, along with my phone, and my money. I quickly run upstairs, and change into a pair of shorts, and a sweatshirt. I quickly kick off my shoes, and make my way back downstairs, grabbing my camera, and heading back outside of the house. I begin walking towards the beach in the distance.
I slightly pick up mypace, wanting to get to the beach before the sun sets.
When I finally reach the beach I turn my camera on, and walk towards the middle of the beach.
After about five minutes of waking the sun is fianlly in the perfect position for me to start taking pictures. I get down in the sand, and steady my camera. I take multipule pictures, in many differant positions, and finally end up at the water. I sit down at the tidal line, and let the water cascade around my feet.
I shiver at the cold touch of the water, and set my camera beside me in the sand. I watch over the ocean watching the sun fade out of veiw, and the full moon come into play. Not long afterwards the moon is shining off the water making the ocean look absolutly breath taking. The tide slowly grows, now reaching my knees.
I pick up my camera, and take a couple last photos, and make my way back to the house.
I bardge through the doors, and make my way upstairs, and curling underneath the warmth of the blankets.
And I wonder how long I'm going to have to feel the pain of emptiness of missing you, because I don't know how much longer I am going to be able to take it.
