I woke up, it was Sunday. I pushed the thoughts of Alex behind me and got changed. I had class in an hour so I treated myself to a warm soak in the tub. I still had to take my dose of the red drug.

The smell of lavender floated around the bathroom. After around half and hour, I got out and found the wooden box. I inserted the syringe into the mark and the same electric shock flowed through my arm.

With the small buzz in my arm, I went to grab breakfast. I reached for the milk and unscrewed the lid. Then my hand suddenly jerked forward and milk splattered over the oak table. I cursed and reached for the cloth. I forgot about having breakfast and decided to get to class early.

I considered to knock on Alex's door because we usually walked to the lecture hall together. I sighed and left him alone. I got a small coffee when I past the cafe. When I got to the lecture hall, there was only the janitor vacuuming.

I sat down and decided to start on my history report. While I was busy typing away, I didn't notice him slip into the hall. Then I felt a small tap on the shoulder and looked up.

"Hunter? What are you doing here? You're always late." I said and turned off my laptop.

"I heard you were early so I wanted to speak to you before class started." He sat down beside me and I wanted to go and find myself a new seat.

"What do you want?" I said, clearly wanting him to leave me alone.

"How's your overprotective father doing?"

"Overprotective father? Oh, you mean Alex. Just leave him alone."

"He jumped on me first."

"Yeah, but you had all the jocks."

"Well, he could leave you alone if you just went out with me."

"Give it up, I will never." Then I felt his arm wrap around my shoulder and I clenched my fist.

"You don't want to do that." I said quietly, the effects of the red drug still lingering in my arm.

"Aww, just a small peck. It won't hurt you."

"It won't hurt me but it'll hurt you. A lot." I said and swung my fist. I heard a satisfying crunch and Hunter howled in pain.

"What was that for?" He looked up and he was clutching onto his jaw. I swung again but he gripped my wrist. I tried tugging free but he was stronger. Automatically, my left hand went to the gun. We were standing up now, between the rows of seats.

I pulled the gun out before he could even stop my hand. I pointed it at his face and I saw his eye's widened.

"Put that down." He said, his voice shaking.

"Oh, not so strong now are we?"

"Oh, I'm not strong but they are." He pointed behind me and I spun around. There were three hooded figures, armed.

"Who are you?" I felt Hunter's grip loosen and I pulled away.

"Master Walker, are you alright?" A woman walked up to Hunter and looked at him worriedly.

"Yes, I'm fine Ella. Can't say so for Susie here." He smirked and I felt strong arms grip me from behind.

"Let me go!" I screamed at the men, my gun was taken away and I felt insecure.

"Take her back to Nat. I'll meet you back there at 3." Hunter smirked and I got hauled away. "And, take care of her. A single scratch and someone's going to die."

The last thing I saw was the men disappearing into thin air before I blacked out.
