I froze and I saw a man standing behind Alex, with a gun at his head.

"Stand up and walk." The man behind me pushed me upwards, ignoring my protests of pain. I was shocked when I saw the 'battlefield', Alia was knelt to the ground and Hunter had a gun aimed, a single bullet will do.

"Susie..." I heard Alia whisper, she had cuts and bruises and her clothes were soaked in blood. I felt cold and the thought of losing everything made me shake hard.

"Surrender yourself if you ever want to see these two alive." Hunter was smirking, he was battered and tired but that smirk of victory made me flare.

"Let them go and you can have me." Hunter signalled to his henchmen and they removed the gun from Alex and Alia's head. Then the men pushed them towards me and I bent down. Alex was speechless and Alia was crying.

"You're just like your father, strong, kind and determined. But I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"I'm sorry I have to do this. But I cannot let Hunter get that drug."

"Alia?"

"I'm sorry."

"No! You mad woman! Do not listen to her!" Hunter looked frantic.

"Susannah Roberts, permission to kill...Granted."
