Chapter four

I woke up to the early sun which didn't fully come up yet and the birds didn't start chirping like they would every morning to interrupt your beauty sleep.

Unfortunately, the birds never sang like you would expect any other birds to sing. Instead of their songs being angelic and melodic, Their songs were annoying and loud, and irritating...,Sounding like a worm got stuck in their throat.

Hmm, kind of like my personality. I flipped my sheets over and took a quick shower. I quickly said bye to mom and dad and went to Delila's house. I knocked on the door and the door was instantly opened by Delila.

"Hey, are you ready?" I asked her. "Of course" she stepped out,yelled good bye to her mom, and closed her door. "So, where is the training center, is it in Frexan?" Delila asked. "It's in •Malor, it's not that far, but we can get there faster on Lulu.

I called LuLu and wrapped the Halter around her and we took off. "I'm so hungry, I would kill for some pancakes right now, ou and cookies!" I said rubbing my stomach. "Oh, you're such a fat ass" Delila replied.

"What ? I didn't eat breakfast" I said and giggled. In an hour or so we reached. Delila had in her armor on custom made from her father who sharpened swords and shined armor for the King's knights. I had on armor just in case but my powers usually protected me in combat.

I opened the door and we went into a huge building. As I walked in, my eyes met with plenty other soldiers. Some were from different villages.

There were mostly males in the room and some were female, It was a decent amount of girls so, it didn't matter. Even looked mean and tough but I was so ready to show them all that I'm capable of fighting in mission 17.

My name will be known in every land and I will be glorified in Frexan. I cant wait until I contribute in beating earth! Delila and I stayed close because we could've easily lost ourselves in the crowd.

"Candidates!" someone yelled from the right of all of us. Even turned to the right to address the disruption. It was a knight in shining armor...see what I did there?..no? Okay. His stood tall and strong and had a deep voice.

"Everyone has to calm down! Training is about to start, but first, here's a few words from our very own king" the knight yelled to everyone. Our king in his big coat that was made of fur and silky red fabric stood up from his high gold chair and rose both his hands up to us.

"Hello everyone, you all are are going to fight for our whole planet and for justice on these no good earthlings. Many of you will have to sacrifice so many things to come".He had his wife, the queen, sitting next to him which was nodding to every word that he said. "This is a practice for mission 17, we need to prepare... even though all participants should have been preparing and practicing for years.

This is the first and only practice because We will prepare for take off, to earth, in approximately..." he said looking at his calendar behind him. "Four weeks" he finished. "Four weeks?!"
Everyone exclaimed surprised.

"Yes" he said then turned to the knight. "Carry on" he said to the knight. He took his wife hand in hand and they walked out to another room. "Follow me" the knight said and brought us to big doors that was to the far left of the room.

He opened the heavy doors with absolutely no struggle. We were brought into the entrance of the forest. "There will be knights disguised as the enemy, they will be dressed in camouflage. Fight with all your power and don't hold back .

Don't worry they'll be fine. Well you here the buzzer everything most be stopped and you must meet me right back in this spot. You may go" the knight said pointing to the forest.

Everyone at once ran into the forest. "We have to stay quiet, then maybe we can sneak up on one of the knights and attack" I said as Delila and I walked quietly through the quiet forest.

All you can hear was the birds and crickets. Nothing more. After minutes Delila pounced on one of the knights. I closed my eyes and gathered my powers all in my arm. With my powers I levitated the knight to the sky and dropped him straight to the ground.

Delila and I continued fighting many knights with other teammates until we heard a loud buzzer. I jumped up and exhaled, wiping the imaginary sweat off of my forehead. We all went to exit and six knights were waiting out there for us.

"Wonderful" they said in unison, now we will give you your weapons. Behind them was a huge wagon full of many,many different weapons. "Grab whatever you need, take one of each, keep in mind that you are allowed to bring your own personal weapons on the mission.

I ran, I was the first one there, even though I didn't need them it was great to have them just in case. I grabbed a bow and arrow, a special Zectromian gun, and a knife. Delila grabbed it also.

After two hours of being trained on how to use, Delila and I walked out confidently. "How do you think that went?" Delila asked. "Awesome" I said. "I think we're ready, we'll do so great" I said confidently.

We jumped on Lulu. I landed in front of the kingdom's gates and let LuLu free. I entered the village and stopped. I placed my hand over my eyes and squinted my eyes as I saw a carriage in front of my house.

Wait...that is my sister's carriage. I tried to rub my eyes to ensure that my vision was correct. There's no way that she can be here, she told me that she wasn't going to visit for another few months. I said bye to Delila and ran towards my house.

With all my armor and weapons on me, I ran to my house and opened the door wide. I saw my sister, mom, and dad sitting on the couch. I ran and hugged my sister. "You're here, why?!" I was too excited to notice the expression on their faces.

It was serious. Very serious.....and I didn't like it. I let go of my sister and stood up. "Yes, nice to see you so soon" she said. She cleared her throat and looked at me. "Is it true what I am hearing? That you're...... that you're going to fight in.... Mission 17??
