"Really?" asked Harry, sitting down on the couch slowly.

"Yes. Aren't you happy?" asked Ginny sitting next to him.

Harry looked at his wife and smiled. "Of course I am happy! I'm ecstastic!" Ginny looked at Harry, reading his face. "There's something wrong with you Harry. What is it?" she asked. She thought that he would've been really happy. "There's nothing wrong Ginny. You have no idea how happy I am." he said, not looking her right in the eye.

"Harry James Potter, you will tell me what is wrong right now or so help me, I will hide your brand-new broomstick where you will never find it." threatened Ginny, now very much annoyed and frustrated.

Harry looked at Ginny with a small smile. Then he realized that she wasn't joking. He sighed.

"I guess I'm not used to caring about people without worrying that someone will do everything in their power to take them away from me." said Harry as he looked down at his hands. Ginny's expression softened when she realized what he was going through.

"That part of your life is over now Harry. You are only surrounded by people who love you and who want to make you happy." said Ginny softly. "There is no one left who's life's mission is to destroy your life."

Harry looked up at her. "Your right. Of course you are." he said with a small laugh. Ginny smiled back. All of a sudden, Harry got a slightly scared look on his face.

"What is it?" asked Ginny, wondering what was wrong now.

"We have to tell the family don't we?" he asked tentatively.

Ginny was confused. "Of course we do. That's a stupid question." she answered.

Harry started to chuckle. The chuckle turned into a full laugh.

"What's so funny Harry?" asked Ginny, now extremely confused and worried for her husband's sanity.'

"Just thinking. Two years ago... Ron would have murdered me before you got the last syllable out." answered Harry, who was still laughing.

Ginny sat there for a moment, processing what he just said. And then, she started to giggle. The giggle turned into a laugh. They both sat there laughing for a few seconds.

"Let's go. We have to be at your parents in a few minutes for Victoire's birthday anyway." said Harry, slightly breathless from laughing.

"Alright. Let's just go. Just don't use me as a human shield please?" said Ginny with a smirk on her face.

"Of course not!" answered Harry. He was looking a little too innocent and shocked that she would suggest such a thing.
