I landed hard on the rocks below and managed to roll out of harm's way just in time as a massive boulder came crashing down next to me. I wiped the sweat of my forehead and got up, clutching my back. My spine really hurt from the fall. Then, I heard grunts coming from the a little bit further.

As I approached, I also heard growls of some kind of animal but I couldn't identify it. It wasn't a wolf, that much I knew.

I stumbled along until I reached the corner, where I heard the animal roar again. This time it sounded more desperate and it was followed by the sound of something crashing into stone. I turned around the corner and saw a bare-chested man, he seemed to be about as old as me, suplexing a bear around, slamming it into various rocks.

I stood there with a shocked look on my face and witnessed the whole thing before he noticed me, dropped the bear, entered a fighting stance and said: "Who are you and what are you doing here?"

"My name is Sarah Jay and I fell down the mountain, ending up here", I responded. "Where am I anyway"

"As if I'd buy a stupid story like that! Prepare yourself!"

He leapt at me, but I managed to get away to an area where I had some space. He dashed at me and attempted to punch me in the head. I used all my strength, but could barely block it. This guy was really strong.

"You're pretty strong", he said to me. I looked confused. "That punch can easily knock out a bear. I figure you deserve to at least know my name now. My name is Barry."

"Your strength is almost comparable to my dad's. Almost."

"Your dad must be quite the fellow, too bad he's not here."

He came at me again, but he had unwillingly given me plenty of time to come up with a strategy. I knew there was no way I'd beat him in terms of strength, so I decided to use my speed as an advantage. He tried to hit me with a barrage of blows, but he was far too slow to ever stand a chance against me. I dodged every attack with ease and smiled while doing so as he got more and more furious every second.

My plan was working, as he grew more angry he was more dangerous as he slowly went berserk, but this also meant he stopped guarding his legs. I ducked a punch and did a baseball slide directly onto his left leg, causing him to fall flat on his face. As he crawled back up I hit him with a swift flurry of kicks aimed at his face only to finish him off with two quick punches and a knee to the stomach.

He spat out some blood and fell to the ground. I smiled and told him: "It doesn't matter how strong you are, in the end, speed is all that matters."

"You're wrong", he was scrambling back to his feet. How? "Strength allows me to keep going and to clear obstacles. There are certain things you and your speed can never do, beating me is one of them."

"Why you?", I sprinted at him and leapt, my knee aiming straight at his face, this would be the end. However, I was stopped by a larger, much stronger man.

"Thanks", Barry coughed. "For saving me.... Dad"

When I heard those words, I knew I was done for....
